dogstag.co.uk Reviews

Very happy with purchase even when order was delayed customer service helpful and sort it out quickly very recommended

The communication was great. I included a ‘tick’ which they got in contact and gave me time to change my order. The website was so easy to use and the order came super quick and the quality is so good. I can’t wait for my puppy to wear it. Thank you so much!

I ordered 2 tags for my recently adopted rescue dachshunds. Tags were beautifully made. Really pleased with the quality. The company’s customer service was second to none. Highly recommend.

These are SO cheap and flimsy, my dog scratched his name off in about a week, and the ends of the bones were misshapen within a similar time. Soft garbage metal, type is printed and not engraved.

These tags are not engraved they’re printed on a very thin plate which scratches easily and comes off. The company is based overseas, Switzerland and delivery takes an age. Absolute waste of money.

We ordered a tag for our puppy's collar and it was excellent quality and price! Shipping took about a week because it came from Switzerland but overall very happy with our purchase!

Product is amazing, great quality. Would highly recommend

I ordered three tags. The ordering process was simple. Delivery time was reasonable and I am perfectly happy with my purchase.

Great service. Tags arrived within a few days and are very nicely made. Will buy again

Amazing tag! I love it and it’s perfect for my dog. I love that it came with a hoop to easily attach

Really impressed by the quality of the little dog tags I ordered. They are super cute and I ordered them in preparation of getting my new dogs (which I’m rehoming) I order two different sizes to see which size suited the dogs best ❤️❤️

Excellent quality and range - fast delivery and far superior!

Ordered 2 dog tags, one for my Rottweiler and one for my miniature Dachshund. So easy to customise them on line. The quality of the tag is great and the engraving clear and easy to read. Very pleased

Excellent quality tags with a wide range of colors and designs. You can add a lot of text for a great price. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience! Used the online designer to create the tag design, then submitted and paid for. Received an email the next day with some amendments to the design due to printing limitations. Had an email back and forth to update the wording and design, and then when I was all happy, it was produced and shipped. Friendly communication.

Only improvements I would like to see are faster responses (they seem to only reply to emails once a day) and better shipping options that include tracking, so I know where the package is.

Perfect dog tag for our new puppy. Love the colour blue.

No issues whatsoever. I like the versatile design options and colours! Delivery was quick too! Happy with our dog tag.

Amazing company, slightly long getting to the UK (10 days) but high quality product especially his collar

Will reorder in future

Had an issue with my order, but was quickly sent a replacement as well as an extra tag which was really kind. Does the job for my new puppy!

Very poor quality.

They are not engraved but printed on. Ours is smudged from the printer & looks very cheap.

Delivery time takes ages too. Get a proper one!

*Edit - the company then email you asking for you to remove the review in exchange for compensation. Probably why they do not have more bad reviews*
