dogstag.co.uk Reviews

This company sells dog tags. I bought one and was disappointed with the quality of it. I left a negative review and, a few days later, received the following message from the company:

‘We came across your review on Trustpilot and we're truly sorry for the experience you've had — you deserved better, and we completely understand your frustration.

We’d like to offer a full refund of your orders and a 50% voucher toward your next one as a way to make things right. If you’re willing to remove or update your review, we’d be happy to process this immediately.

We truly appreciate your time and feedback, and hope we can leave things on a better note.’

Very helpful at choosing lettering for the dog tag , fast delivery , would definitely recommend to use them

Excellent product which fits beautifully and arrived very quickly

The order was very easy to place. It did take a bit of time to get to me, but it did finally arrive and the tag itself was perfect. I emailed my concerns over shipping and customer service was excellent. Would order again!

Amazing quality dog tag for our new puppy at a very reasonable price.

Amazing choices! Delivery took up to 2 weeks, however when arrived we were very happy with the product

I recently ordered dog tags for my three dogs from Dogstag and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I loved the range of styles available to choose from. The tags arrived quickly and were beautifully made — sturdy, clear engraving, and exactly as I had customized them.

It’s reassuring to know that my dogs now have high-quality, durable tags that not only look great but will also last. I’ll definitely be coming back to Dogstag in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet tags.

Easy website to use, great choice and very reasonable prices. Delivery though took ages.

Fantastic product, with lots of choice in size and style. It's the perfect size for our little puppy and looks very classy! Only downside is a slow delivery as it came from quite far.

Order several items as just got a new puppy. All arrived on time and great quality

First class robust products. Outstanding service. Will 100% use again if needed.

Many thanks for the lovely wooden dog name tag for my mixed breed dog Panda, it arrived all well, she's been wearing it ever since, and I have now ordered one for our new rescue galgo (Spanish greyhound) Pippit. The tag I got has been easy to read, clear and fits beautifully on Panda's collar, and I'm sure Pippit's will be too.

Very easy to view the tags and look at the finish product before paying, it came fast with updates along the way. When it arrived was so pleased looked exactly like the picture, very happy with it.
Looks so cute on the collar
Would definitely recommend to a friend

Great quality and really happy with my purchase.
Only downside, it took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Easy to order. Good quality. Delivery time was good.

Good quality product and very happy with it. Took a little while to arrive but no issues at all.

Easy to order and plenty of space to write two mobile numbers and address on the back of the tag. Struggled to find a dog tag that would put that much info on. Also clear writing and fast delivery!

Very easy to order the tag and view final product before purchase. Delivery did take a while as I did not realise the company was based in The Netherlands and not the ok. Other than that everything was fine and the tag is of a good quality and easy to attach to the collar.

Took ages to get here, which I wouldn't have minded if the quality was good. I ordered two and one is almost entirely unreadable front and back because whatever is printed on the front has just rubbed off with basic friction from the collar. The other one isn't much better. Don't use - waste of money

Absolutely brilliant service and thrilled with my name tags for my two pups ! Highly recommend!

Amazing love the dog tag and good price and amazing delivery and i would deal with you again
