dogstag.co.uk Reviews

I’m so so tired of being scammed. I thought as it was a British website and they offered 5-7 day delivery I couldn’t go wrong but apparently these days it’s completely ok to just lie and then not refund when they don’t deliver on what they have said.
You can’t say you guarantee a certain postage time and then have no tracking on it. Madness.

Simple to order the product from choosing the size, colour, design and writing details on the tag.
I did email to check the item was in transit for delivery as it was around 11 days at this point.
I had a quick response and was reassured it would arrive to which it did the following day.
Chose a silver dog bone tag and the writing was clear and all details were correct. Bought the clip to use which was simple to attach on the collar.
Would definitely recommend for the price

This company are very professional and have great communication. The dog tag we ordered is good quality and very clearly printed. Love the blue colour. Very happy to recommend

A professional company that replied to my email within 24 hours and aimed to solve a small issue I had in receiving the parcel caused a courier delay.
The item purchased very good quality, and the same product is shown on the website.

This is the second one I've ordered as we've moved address again. They last well and arrived quickly! I would happily buy from again

8 days after my 24hr order I still don’t have my order. Maybe it’s the post but clearly they need to use another provider. Need them sooner so will be a reorder form elsewhere and an immediate return sadly.

Took ages to arrive (17 days), it is not aluminium as advertised, it’s plastic! It’s also not engraved, just has the details printed on it in white. Really disappointed and do not envisage it will last long

Great dog tag, I liked the way the website worked and the options it gives you

Collar arrived and looks fab thank you.

The order arrived quickly. The dog collar is lovely and feels good quality and the tags are very sweet.

Easy to order from the website and good choice available, speedy delivery and overall great collar and tag. Nice and lightweight, my lab took to it straight away.

Good quality and excellent value for money! Quick delivery.

My items took a while to turn up, but contacted company, I didn't realise that they were not in the UK. Items arrived and perfect.

Great company to do business with.

I’m getting a rescue dog and wanted to purchase a dog tag and a few other bits. The dog tag is lovely - small and light as I didn’t want a big bulky tag on my little dog.

Packaged well and items arrived within the timelines stated.

If you have a query they reach out with a reply within 24 hours.

Thanks Dogstag

When the dog tag arrived it was exactly what we wanted and the foldable water bowl is very useful for taking on dog walks. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it took 2 weeks to deliver after shipping rather than the 5-7 days stated on original email.

Very good quality dog tag, very helpful company and value for money

Would have been 5* if delivered more promptly, but nice little tag .Dog is happy!!!

The dog tag I bought was perfect. A beautiful gold colour that matched the collar buckle. Engraving was exactly as I asked (unlike something done in store), so very happy.

Delivery came as expected.

Smooth ordering, good quality, took a bit too long to deliver

The online ordering process is quite easy. I was impressed with the quick response to my order & requests for clarification of my requirements. Customer service is great!
The dog tags arrived within a week and were exactly what I had asked for. They look great on my dog's collar. I am very happy with the results.
