This is the 5th time I am renting, and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Iria was very professional, engaging, addressed all questions immediately, and got everything done super fast! Really appreciated it, and I recommend D&G!

Iria was super helpful, very communicative and on the ball with helping us in our search. If she couldn’t do a time / we couldn’t, we’d always find a solution. It really helped that she was so friendly and relaxed, because a lot of estate agents can be quite pushy and it’s such a stressful time finding somewhere, she made sure every flat was the right one for us and never took it personally if it wasn’t. She was always “onto the next!”

I have been on the Board of Directors of my building for a few years. The new board, of which I am a part, inherited a difficult situation that had been caused by the previous board. To resolve a serious tenant issue we needed to establish a much improved relationship with D&G. We were able to accomplish this with our building manager Sergio Bonilla (who has moved to a different firm) and most especially with the present building manager Joanne Carey. We are finally having results with resolving serious tenant issues. Joanne has been a gift to us after going nowhere for so long. The director Calum Watson was also personally involved before Joanne came on board when she was recently hired. We are also very grateful to him.
Joanne has been totally committed to helping us on a regular basis as well as in emergency situations. As a board, we are backed by a very knowledgeable and supportive individual and it has made all the difference

We had a fantastic experience with Kelley Doyle during our search, and eventual move to a rental property.
From the very start Kelley was super speedy in all the correspondence, replying to emails/whatsapps at all hours of the day. Connecting via WhatsApp helped make the process very efficient.
I personally really appreciated Kelley's proactive support and guidance - it really helped make the whole process less stressful, always knowing what the status was and being on hand to answer any questions we had.

Catalina Ronchal is the best real estate agent in London. Very open, efficient and nice. She helped me find the flat to rent that I am very happy about.

If only every estate agent was like Tom Yeomanson. I couldn't fault the support he gave, from first meeting right through to the final legal documents. Tom will always be honest with you, supporting you along the process with his knowledge and makes sure that both buyer & seller are happy along the way. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Tom to any of my family or friends. Honestly the best decision I made was chosing Tom, he made what is normally quite a stressful process feel a lot easier to cope with!
