After being contacted by the department manager who explained what had happened, Im happy to report that all previous concerns have been professionally dealt with.

We have had a bedroom carpet and hall and stairs carpet. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The lady in downtown at Boston was so helpful helping us to pick the right carpet. We took samples home and when one wasn't right we simply picked another one. The chap who came to measure was very efficient and the two fitters have done a brilliant job. I am terrible at remembering names, but thank you to all. A very satisfied customer.

Thea (Bedding dept) was very helpful and knowledgeable - pointing us in the right direction! Delivery Guys were on time - delivery was quick into the house!

Easy to order online. Wondered why delivery was taking so long, a phone call revealed that the coffee machine was not kept in stock but had to be ordered from their supplier. The delivery was exactly in the time frame as when the original order was placed.

I ordered on the website and it was for collection at Grantham the secretary arranged for the order to be delivered to Boston making it easier for me to collect it. Very good service and very efficient.

Having looked for a very long time I finally found the bed linen, and what a GREAT price in Downtown's sale. I received my order just two days later, free P&P, and the courier, Company Fedex, was extremely courteous and polite.
I am delighted with my purchases, as always from Downtown, I cannot recommend the Company and their items, including furniture, highly enough.

Lamps were extremely well packed. Delivery was exactly as expected. The lamps look great. One touch lamps look very stylish in our guest room.
