We purchased an item of furniture recently. The experience was top class. Gary, our retail advisor, was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. It has rarely been such a pleasure to part with money! The item was delivered quickly and the delivery men were on time, efficient and friendly. 100% recommendation of this store from us.

Bought a batch of Deyong towels on offer.

Although I had to contact Brabantia about ill-fitting bin lids, the service I received from Downtown stores when ordering the bins, was excellent. Very polite and helpful staff and a speedier than expected delivery.

The company was great they got a star marked if as there was an issue with the delivery not sure if the company or delivery company at fault, but the goods were good no complaints there. The lady I had contact with was very helpful.

From start of entering into the store at Grantham, the whole experience has been so easy and colleagues so helpful. Nothing was rushed when making decisions, and asked lots of questions to help find the right products for our room. Delivery was a week before it was due and the delivery guys were lovely.

We knew what we were looking for when we arrived at Downtown. After finally deciding on the furniture we wanted, Emma our assistant went out of her way to help with everything,(this may have been because we were her last clients before she went on holiday) ;0)
The items were delivered bang on time by two great guys, they took every care bringing the furniture into the house band assembling it. All in all a very good experience.

Visited the Grantham Boundary Outlet a few weeks ago and bought a sofa and recliner. I had excellent service and help from Steve the manager who went over and above to ensure I had everything organised delivery wise to suit me. He was polite and friendly and went out of his way to help me. I bought from the area that is end of line etc and not from the more expensive front of shop range but was not treated any differently.
The delivery drivers today were brilliant - it was a difficult size for delivery but they found a way round the problem and were cheerful and considerate throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a three piece suite from Downtown Grantham, however when delivered there was a problem gaining access to the room due to dimensions. This resulted in returning the original suite and picking another. Lara at Downtown was brilliant in organising and resolving all the issues this raised once we had explained the problem. Her manager Steve was very sympathetic and extremely helpful in sorting a financial resolution, even arranging for a special team to deliver the replacement suite. Thanks must also go to Simon & Matt who delivered and installed the replacement. They were very professional and friendly. All in all a great team of people who I would highly recommend.

After being contacted by the department manager who explained what had happened, Im happy to report that all previous concerns have been professionally dealt with.
