Helen Burnett. Came into the store today with my friend to have another look at a suite I fancied. Gary was an amazing salesman who guided me through things really well, Your store is lucky having a man like that.

This company is excellent for furniture and I highly recommend them. I purchased 4 Sherborne Cartmel chairs from them recently and they are absolutely perfect, really smart but comfortable. The company is customer focused and dealing with them is a pleasure. Lisa Henson in the online customer dept was outstanding. They allowed me to price match with a competitor, their communication throughout was fantastic, they delivered to my address in Quorn, Leics, themselves and the way the chairs were so brilliantly packaged to prevent any damage was amazing. A brilliant store that I shall definitely be buying from again!

Excellent customer service from selection of our sofa to delivery . Unfortunately we have not been able to try the reclining aspect of our sofa as it was delivered without the transformer . I did expect a speedy resolution to this but three days later got a call saying the missing item would be delivered in one to two weeks . This aspect of customer service was disappointing.

Wish they would offer 5% discount in store as they do online ! Delivery is expensive

Had to search to get a supplier for the curtains as love the cheerfulness of the simple pattern. Choice of sizes good but the longer ones I have had to take up as expected.

I saw this Laura Ashley duvet cover on sale in the Boston branch and bought it. A very helpful sales lady suggested I might be able to get a second one on line which I proceeded to do. Very happy with both the online and instore service.

From day one placing my order to order delivered today I can't fault the service I have received from staff in store to delivery staff today .Will certainly be shopping there again. It was my second large furniture delivery from Downtown happy customer. Excellent service.

Great customer care from Downtown. I had a need to contact their customer support on a couple of occasions regarding my order for a rug. On both occasions their response was fast and detailed clearly indicating that they understood my issues.
Well done Downtown, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Ordered two settees on January 13 2026 and as of August 18 2026 am still awaiting delivery date!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, buyer beware I will never purchase anything from this store again SHOCKING 🤬🤬🤬

Found what we wanted on-line with a 5% discount. Visited the Boston store to see the mattress and it try before buying but they couldn't offer the 5% discount so ordered it on-line whilst actually in the store.

Downtown themselves couldn't have been more help Steve and Emma at Grantham are amazing they put up with me returning several times, the only niggle i had is that we were told 8 weeks for a sofa and due to a issue with the company it arrived on week 17 after ordering !!!! The delivery and assembly also perfect just would have been nice to be told or offered a little sweetener for the wait xxx

Wrong colour mirror was delivered, customer services emailed me before I did them to say it was wrong and that they would arrange for the correct one to be sent out, very impressed with their quick response. Thank you
