Alison in the carpet dept. was very helpful with discussing my needs and what type of carpet I needed. She then showed me samples and very kindly let me take them home. After a decision was made, she was very efficient and quick to send me the quote. The gentleman who came to measure was also very helpful and efficient as it wasn’t an ordinary carpet order and the floor area was quite complex.
I haven’t as yet had the carpet laid as I requested, for other reasons, that it be delayed slightly. I’m sure, if this gentleman is as efficient as both Alison and Tim (?), I’ll have no problem and a lovely carpet.

Chairs are great quality and look smart and most important are comfortable. Delivery was exceptional, chaps were on time, courteous and friendly, couldn't fault them. Really pleased

3 piece pan set. Well wrapped.

Delivery on time. Very pleased with the quality of the set.This is my second set of these pans. Lasted 14 years.

Unfortunately when my chair finally arrived it was not at all to my taste. The colour of the leather was nothing like in the picture and I have returned the chair minus 25% as was in the terms and conditions.
Apart from the 6 month lead time to get the chair to me (which was due to issues in the Middle East apparently) the service I received has been very good. I hadn’t been going to leave a review but I have now received 4 emails asking me to review my purchase (2 of which were before it arrives) so here it is. Good service but not a satisfactory outcome.

Very prompt and courteous reply to an email enquiry and efficient delivery slightly ahead of schedule.

Person I spoke to was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I then ordered on-line and it was delivered extremely quickly and packed with great care.

Arranged to collect and was asked to report to collection point 2. They could not find the Dyson I had ordered the previous evening and got sent to main store upstairs. They did not have but directed me to collect from collection point 1. Thankfully it was waiting for me.
Bit chaotic but everyone friendly and tried to be helpful.

Great young man in store. Explained everything about the mattresses. Ordered -was simple and I took advantage of a year interest free. Delivered today. Very nice chaps took minutes to pop on the bed. Overall I’m very pleased with the service. Yet to sleep on the Hypnos mattress but looks great! Suzanne

We visited the store several times before deciding on the suite we wanted. Every visit we gathered more information the staff were helpful without being pushy. Delivery was easy to organise with the delivery crew being efficient and friendly.

Went in to look for suitable chair after I fractured my neck. Gabby was super helpful, pointed out the exact chair for my needs. It was delivered today along with a standard chair for my wife. The delivery was very efficient and the chair is excellent in supporting my neck .

Product arrived as promised. It was well wrapped and came without any issues whatsoever. Excellent!

Easy on line purchase on the Downtown website for a click and collect at the Boston store,while I was over visiting family.The only slight negative was that the person working at the collection desk didn’t ensure that the security tag was deactivated and when leaving the store I set the alarm off,but it was quickly resolved.
