I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your retainers.
At SmileSet, we meticulously trim each retainer set to ensure optimal comfort. However, sometimes additional adjustments may be needed for the perfect fit. I recommend trimming and adjusting the problem area on your retainer slightly to improve its fit. You can use cuticle scissors to carefully trim the retainer and a clean, unused nail file to smooth any rough edges (remember to file in one direction only). Feel free to trim as much material as needed, but make sure the entire tooth surface remains covered.

No follow up
Communication & updates were fair. No f/u after order received. Took several weeks to process. Retainers did not fit, very small…did not reach gum line. Material not as thick as original Smile Direct Retainers. Working with another company entirely in future.

Well yes, my son's retainers came, but instead of using the latest mold, they used an older mold that didn't include the wisdom teeth.

Not what I requested
I specifically asked that my retainers but printed from a 2019 SDC 3d file that they have on file at the time of purchased, but they still went ahead and use the incorrect file to print the retainers that I was not satisfied with.
