Great Customer Experience
Great service! They are super friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I am not overly familiar with Droix to begin with and being in the US I was a bit hesistant; however, the experience Ive had with them and my purchase of the Ayaneo 3 has been phenomenal. Product as advertised and excellent support
This is my second major purchase from Droix. Members of staff were very helpful whilst deciding on a specification; the win mini I purchased arrived on time with regular delivery updates via email and post purchase support has been excellent so far. I have received responses within 24 hours and am very happy with both my purchase and their services thus far.

While your order was initially intended for DHL, it was shipped via FedEx due to limited DHL availability at the time. As per our terms, we may substitute carriers to ensure timely delivery. Your package was delivered one business day later than the estimated window, and we have issued a full refund of the shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill, as agreed upon in our discussion with you from support.

I was working with vikram and jack. I know the ayaneo products are flying off the self and despite having delays in my order both of these men made sure that, I was not inconvenienced. I had a simple and satisfactory experience. Not much to say which is probably a good thing. My device was priced acceptably and arrived quickly in perfect condition. I'd feel safe to order from here again if something catches my eye.

Generally a great experience with one issue, the website is quite buggy and some work arounds for ordering is needed. But delivery was quick, support answered fast, nothing wrong with the product and that is what counts!

Great deal
I was looking to buy an ayaneo pocket s. And after looking at all differnt sellers, droix gave me the best offer. My order even came with a free gripcase, screen protector and joystick caps.
The only thing that could be improved would be the packaging during shipping, since the items came with barely any protection at all.
However for that price I cant complain, I'm very glad with this purchase
