Druce Reviews

Although purchasing a house is never an easy process, Jacinta has aided us at every step, managing perfectly every issue that came up, ensuring the purchase proceeded quickly and smoothly at every step.

We sold our flat via Druce in Brook Green. We were impressed by Jacinta from the first time we met her when she valued our property - she seemed trust worthy and reliable. Although we had a bit of bad luck along the way, Jacinta was such a steady hand who guided us through multiple negotiations and finally got the deal done. We really appreciated her professionalism reliability, and kindness towards us we hit some bumps in the road. She was always contactable, prompt in replying to our many queries, and very knowledgeable about the market and the area. Would highly recommend selling your property through her. Thank you Jacinta 🌟

Sophie is a great agent that cares about her clients need. She has been amazing showing us only apartments fitting our needs! Thank you.

Lee was amazing from start to finish. Very communicative and respectful and polite. Made the whole process very clear and precise and quick. Great work Lee and the rest of the team.!

Hanna has been wonderful to us and the entire process. We arrived in a vulnerable situation having lost our previous home due to a flood, we were under a lot of stress and from day one she was very attentive, resolving each step of the process very promptly, which in our situation we greatly appreciate. Very responsible and very attentive with a super friendly treatment. Without a doubt an excellent service.

Lee was great- always very quick to get back to me and professional!

Sophie was great. She helped us find the perfect home for us; dealt with the owners whilst we were in such a busy time
Thank you to her !

Sophie has been, by far, the most helpful, proactive agent I have worked with.
Home searching from abroad is such a challenging task and Sophie is helping with basically everything: from ensuring the flat is great for me to helping me get to know the area better so I’m comfortable with my decision. And, on top of this, she is actually proactive - jackpot! 🤩
Thank you, Sophie!

Highly recommended, Sophie has been the most helpful support in my home searching ; all together highly professional, great at giving me advice in my settling in the UK, fast at getting all the key needs & prompt in communication, just perfect ! -Thank you.

Great lettings team at Druce High Street Kensington branch. Thank you to James, Stephanie, Sara & Sophie for your professionalism and speed in finding me a new tenant. Highly recommended.

I must say that working with Imogen at Druce was an absolute pleasure! Her advice on the current market trends was honest and sincere, which was a breath of fresh air compared to others!
Although I ended up finding my perfect flat through another agency, I have no doubt that I will be using Druce again! Imogen's professionalism and expertise in the industry were impressive and truly made the experience enjoyable.

Kathryn's expertise and knowledge were invaluable in helping us navigate the rental market. We appreciated all the effort she put into arranging the viewing and answering our questions.

My experience with Druce was very good compared to other agencies that show you bad quality apartment. Especially with Sara, the agent who was in charge of the flat I have let. She was very helpful and helped me through the whole process.

I am very impressed with the professionalism, attentiveness and efficiency at Druce. Sara Oliveria in particular has been a star and I thank her for showing me properties that match my criteria down to the T. Great work.

Extremely helpful and professional.
Jake was really understanding

I have been dealing with Sophie at Druce and she has been fantastic. Professional and extremely helpful!

What a dedicated and amazing staff team! Tiago’s professional and friendly support was outstanding.
The level of communication and compassion during a difficult property search for me made the whole experience much more manageable.
I can not thank Tiago and the team at Druce enough for all their help!

Sophie at Druce Kensington made our rental experience quick, hassle free and easy. We highly recommended Sophie and Druce

Currently dealing with Sara from Druce as my partner and I are signing for a flat together and I could not recommend her enough! She is fantastic! Helping out with everything we need no matter the time of day, great communication and so helpful!

Imogen at Druce is a delight to work with! She listened to my needs and requirements and curated thoughtful viewings. She also gave good advice on the market without the insincere sales pitches that other agencies.
It was unfortunate that I ended up finding a flat that I liked most from another agency but I’ll definitely use Druce when I’m selling and buying my next one.
