Dua Travels Reviews

They are scammers
I don't recommend it keep your money and book yourself the whole trip 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Brother Harris was a great help and gave us all the information needed and answered all our questions.
Would definitely recommend travelling with Dua Travels.

It was a pleasure experience, a good customer service, I would recommend dua travels.co.uk

Good customer service, prompt responses and helpful agent. They were able to customise my package as needed. There was a little misunderstanding about the hotel star rating but it was resolved through communication.
Unfortunately did not go ahead with it as my trip had to be cancelled, so cannot comment on the actual service but happy with the initial assistance. Allahumma baarik.

Thank you brother Rumman who assisted us from the start, in booking and supporting us all throughout our ummrah trip. He is always helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Dua Travels and they are the only company I recommend for booking your trips.

Definitely recommend it for people wanting to go for Haj or Umrah.

Assalam o Alaikom,

I just wanted to say that the customer service was great. I was talking to Muhammad Ibrahim and wanted to go for Umrah and get a package, Muhammad Ibrahim was very helpful and accommodating.

Definitely recommend it for people wanting to go for Haj or Umrah.

Muhammad Yusuf very pleasant and well spoken always on hand to answer any questions, assuring and goes above and beyond to help make things happen I’m also a returning customer and will be returning again in sha Allah
I would highly recommend these guys Yusuf is a credit to the company. Can’t fault their services. Also would say very reasonably priced with some good deals for an extremely efficient service.

I had an excellent experience with Haider and the team from start to finish. Haider was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive throughout the entire process, making the whole experience feel smooth and stress free.
I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone considering Umrah or Hajj services. They kept in regular contact with us throughout the trip, and whenever we had a question or encountered an issue, there was always someone available to respond and assist us.

Thank you for making our journey so much easier and more enjoyable. 🤍

I recently had an excellent experience with Dua Travel, and I can’t thank them enough! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Haris, who assisted me in obtaining my Visa for Umrah. He was kind, patient, and answered all my queries promptly. Thanks to his support, I received my visa right on time for my travel plans!

Great service, answer all the queries on time and also match the price the guy who deal with us very polite and humble his name is Abdul Hadi

I had an outstanding experience booking my Umrah journey through Dua Travels. From the very beginning, the team was professional, patient, helpful, and extremely well organised. Our representative, brother Abdul Hadi made the entire booking process simple and stress-free, taking care of all the travel arrangements and keeping us informed at every stage. The attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. Everything was arranged smoothly, and the support we received (including regular contact whilst in Mecca and Medina) gave us great peace of mind throughout our journey. This included regular contact to ensure transits and travel for ziyarats was arranged on time, and at our convenience.

Dua Travel genuinely cares about making the Umrah experience as safe, comfortable and memorable as possible. As a passenger with complex disabilities, Mr Hadi showed genuine concern for my wellbeing, and was always on hand to answer questions, and provide support at very short notice.

I am truly grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Dua Travels to anyone looking to book Umrah. The team made what can often feel like a complicated process straightforward, allowing us to focus on the spiritual purpose of our journey. A truly outstanding service from start to finish!

Thank you and may Allah reward you.

Excellent customer service. Marina was polite, professional and very friendly. She organised my birthday umrah trip perfectly. Ibrahim was beyond helpful in rearranging flights when the original airline cancelled flights.
Marina even checked in with me during my umrah trip to ensure everything was on track, she really made my birthday and trip special.
One driver didn’t turn up and Marina offered me a refund without me having to ask.
I like to be organised in advance, whilst I had all the documents a day in before the journey, I’d have preferred everything one week in advance, with all tickets and seat numbers etc. This is why I have given four instead of five stars. Nevertheless great service and highly recommend.

I got what I was asking for amazing service I recommend it for anyone who’s wanting to do umrah
