Dua Travels Reviews

Very friendly travel agent ....the person that helped me out was brother Muhammad Yusuf
He was very helpful and friendly

Harris was very accommodating with our request . Great service

Muhammad Yusuf gave excellent service from start to finish! He was very responsive, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He offered plenty of options, explained everything clearly, and made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Really appreciated his support — would definitely use again and recommend to others!

Even though I did not book a package with Dua Travels, Haris was amazing and provided a great experience, 5* service!

We booked our Umrah trip with Dua Travels and were dealing with Mr Yusuf khan. We had a great tour and experience with dua travels and everything was upto the mark and as expected including the ground transportation as well. Can’t recommend enough.

Muhammad Yusuf - Rumman

He was very helpful and provided quick service.

Recommended by our family member after they used Dua Travels for their umrah trip. From the initial point of contact and throughout our journey, they were very helpful. Excellent communication via phone and WhatsApp for any issue and advise. Good arrangement of transfers from/to airport and hotels. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Muhammad Ibrahim for all his support throughout the journey👍

Haider provided Excellent service. Thankyou

We were recommended to use Muhammad Ibrahim from Dua Travels and honestly it was an outstanding service .
From booking to coming back there was a team that we have constant contact and updated communication with .
We had an issue with a visa that was quickly addressed and resolved.
We had an issue with one of the hotels and last minute they arranged a new hotel and transfers.
The taxi service for transfers is highly recommended with drivers ensuring they communicated with us before the pickup. The service was reliable .
The company provided a number for any emergencies and questions which was a great help during our Umrah .
Highly recommend using this company for booking your Umrah . They are understanding, helpful and have a fully customer centric company ethos.

A blessed journey made easy with brother Haris for my 2026 Ramadhan Umrah experience, a difficult time with the Middle East crisis was never going to be easy, but with brother Haris, only a WhatsApp call and message away, my mind and my group's mind were at ease. We booked hotels for both Madinah and Makkah, along with all 3 transport needs, and everything went smoothly. My duas are with the agency and brother Haris and his family. Thank you for being available and for the great service during most hours in the UK, with your patience and whilst in Saudi Arabia too. Looking forward to booking the next trip, In Shaa Allah

My entire family of 14 people had an amazing spiritual experience with Dua Travels. I was initially quite suspicious since I’m based in a different city in the UK and found them online, but their representative Hadi was truly exceptional. He reassured me and kept me at ease throughout every stage of the process.

The entire journey—from the choice of hotel and transport to the visa arrangements—was very well organised, and everything ran smoothly without any hassles.

I would definitely use them again next time, inshaAllah.

JazakAllah khair, Hadi. May Allah bless you.

I received so much help and guidance from sister Halima she took her time to find a perfect package deal for me and my friends.
I really appreciate your help and honesty. Allah reward you sister for all you do for the ummah.

Brother Haris was wonderful. Although I didnt end up taking the deals due to circumstances. Brother was very patient, was always available to provide the best deals and showed a lot of patience. Definitely recommend this service!

I rate 5 stars for the amazing service Haris has provided to me these past few days. I personally thought that this would’ve been a great opportunity to go to Umrah on this really affordable price but that wasn’t the plan. I would rate 5 stars for Dua Travels and I hope one day I will do my umrah with them. Special thanks to Haris for the amazing service.
