My son who is a Capt. in the Marine Corp. loves watches. He is so hard to buy for because he has everything but.. a really nice watch winder. I just received his Christmas gift yesterday and couldn't believe how well constructed it was made. I bought the 6 watch winder with the extra watch display. This winder has a finger print security extra locked storage for other jewelry and documents. Can't wait to give him this gift. I think it's the best gift ever except for me being his mom.

Product is nice and works well. I would buy it again. My negatives are that the color orange is not represented well on their website. The actual product orange is dull compared to the website picture. (It's not my monitor). My other negative is the instruction manual needs to be more clearly written.

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY - I genuinely wanted to give this a 5* review as I really was excited about the winder. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition but I soon realised there were issues. Firstly the watch cuffs are too big and cannot be adjusted and I have not received the exact item I ordered.
I've queried both of the above and to cut a very long story and many, many emails short (trying to make them understand my point) I have been told they will send me the correct cuffs that can be adjusted and that I can have £20 refunded so I can keep my £200+ item and use it as a 'project' that I can 'repair'. They clearly do not want to deal with returns but they also cannot accept when something isn't right. All I am asking them is send me the item I ordered as that would make me 100% happy. Being told the item I have by the suppler is actually the wrong item but that they won't change it is just absolutely ridiculous.

We regret sending you the wrong product and appreciate your patience as we tried to resolve this matter. Initially, when you declined compensation, we aimed to provide you with options. Throughout our communications, you indicated that you could keep the product but wanted to determine the compensation amount. We accepted your proposed compensation of £200 along with the request for replacement parts.
However, after a few days, you opened a case, which led to a freeze on the funds, preventing us from processing your compensation. When we contacted you again, you mentioned you were unable to close the case.
This delay prompted us to offer an alternative solution: a return for a refund. However, you informed us that you no longer had the original packaging, making it impossible to return the product. Our return policy states that the original packaging should be retained during the return period, which has complicated the situation further.
Ultimately, to expedite a resolution, we offered to refund you without requiring the return of the product. You agreed to contact your bank to close the case, but it seems this action has not yet been taken.
We are genuinely committed to resolving this issue for you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with.

My husband absolutely loves his watch…
My husband absolutely loves his watch case. It's good quality and it keeps his watches time current. It's a really nice display, highly recommend for luxury watches, or any at that. The spinning is so quiet we never notice when it spins unless we see it. I would definitely buy again. Love it.

Unreliable company
The watch winder display case is nice looking and the motors are silent but it arrived with the front panel partly dislodged. When I emailed and asked to return the item they refused, instead insisting I fix it myself by unscrewing the panel entirely and replacing it. I was able to do this, but it still sits slightly loose and they have refused three times to allow me to send it back to them. More importantly, the winder rotates at seven rotations per minute. Their rotational programs are timed, and doing the math, your watch will get around 2000 turns per day, which is WAY more than most winders, and could possibly damage your watch. I'll use the display case and jewelry box since I seem to be stuck with it, but won't be using the winder feature. This is the reason I avoid Chinese companies.

Regarding your concern about rotating the device approximately 2000 times daily, this frequency is higher than most winders. The potential for damage to your watch depends on several factors:
Watch Design: Some watches, especially high-quality mechanical ones, are designed to withstand vibrations and impacts. If your watch is robustly designed, it may not be affected.
Vibration and Impact: Frequent rotation and vibration could impact the watch's mechanism and structure. While 2000 rotations may seem excessive, the extent of potential damage depends on the vibration's amplitude and frequency relative to the watch's tolerance.
Winder’s Operation: If the winder operates smoothly without excessive vibrations or shocks, it will have less impact on your watch.
Watch Durability: Durability varies by brand and model. If you have concerns, please refer to your watch's user manual or contact the manufacturer to understand its tolerance for vibrations and impacts.
