China Schrott, hab den mit 3 Uhren Beweger und Fingerprint bestellt. Noch drei Wochen war der Fingerprint kaputt. Rücksendung nicht möglich aus seltsamen Gründen, es wurden 50€ erlassen.
Nach ca. weiteren 3 Wochen funktionierte einer der 3 Uhrendreher nicht mehr. Es wurde mir ein neues Gerät geschickt, wo die grüne Papkarton Front mit der Aufnahme der Uhren komplett gebrochen war.
Nach Nachfrage hieß es, ich soll den einen als Ersatzteillager nutzen um mir selbst einen brauchbaren zu bauen.

I found their products while searching tirelessly on the internet. And as soon as I saw their item listed, I was already intrigued and hoped it was a legitimate product from a reputable company. Which, luckily it was!

I bought their two watch winder for my husband's graduation present after completing Naval Officer Candidate School. He loves it! He was able to admire it just for a bit before we had to move shortly afterwards. We lost the cord to charge it and the customer service we got to replace it was exceptional!

The delivery service was great, and overall a great company to spend your money on one of their products!

The best way to display and care for watches I got the 12 winder special and it is amazing not only does it do all it is said to the finger print lock the piano wood finish but I can sit and stare at the colours and it is so peaceful and relaxes me. My friends have no idea what it is and all are impressed by it. Spend the extra and buy the special you won't be dissapointed I'm in Australia and delivery was fast and easy it is packed in foam then 2 sturdy strong cardboard boxes no way it can be damaged 5 stars for an item I am proud to have in my home it's a ripper ...

Great product and at a good price i liked it so much i bought another one and also recommended to a friend who now has one and is very happy, with the led light on it shows off the watch collection very well.

I bought a 4 watch winder and loved it, but I kept eyeing a larger set. I was able to email Dukwin and they set me up immediately with a new one and sent me directions of sending in old one with no issues. Amazing customer service.

The process to order my box was very easy and had free shipping and was delivered in a fast time. The item was packaged very well. When i opened and observed the winder, it was beautiful and the instruction book made everything easy to set up. I love the lighting and remote control and the fingerprint security is a special touch. I would definitely recommend purchasing a watch winder from Dukwin!!!!!

Had a great experience working with this company, especially their customer service. The product is as advertised, very quiet and gets the job done.

I had high hopes for this watch winder, but within a week, it started making a loud noise. I sent a video of the issue, and after over a week of back-and-forth emails, they finally said they’d send me a replacement motor—but I’d have to install it myself. Even worse, I still haven’t received confirmation that the replacement has even been shipped. Terrible customer service and an overall frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Amazing product and customer service. Recently purchased a 6+6 watch winder and was extremely happy. after care from this company has been tremendous too. After my daughter having lost the key Dukwin customer services have been extremely helpful with fast response to emails.

First, my Dukwin watch winder is FANTASTIC! I love the look and function and it's been flawless for the year and a half I've owned it. I recently purchased a new watch for my wife and needed a pillow instead of the traditional holder because the band circumference is very small. The customer service person I interacted with was great and I have a pillow on the way! Highly recommend the brand and the support I received.

Les remontoirs dukwin sont de très bonne qualité. Mais ils livrent avec GLS qui vous jette le colis part dessus la clôture de deux mètres. Résultat remontoir détruit.
Mais dukwin a assuré le SAV. Société sérieuse.

Packaging was sturdy and item was delivered quickly with accurate updates. I had an after purchase question and it was answered appropriately. Product is absolutely beautiful.
