After having some problems with Wickes not mixing paint properly then not helping we had to go to Dulux it’s been a long process but staff have been so helpful and have issued a refund for paint.

Excellent help on the webchat today from Dulux. Friendly staff, took the time to speak to colleagues and sort out my query on a (very) old product! Also my assistant had a good sense of humour which was a bonus!

Fast response, clear advice. I won’t know how good the advice is until I try it, but sounds sensible. I’ve had good service before from Cuprinol.

The tester I bought just confirmed how bad Dulux is. It's thinner than a whitewash lol - think I'll get a 'proper' paint elsewhere.
Also, what's with these stupid little roll on testers anyway? As the paint is so thin, it just drips everywhere when you squeeze to get the paint out.
Just awful.

Il never use this paint again I've always recommended dulux but when uve got to put 4 coats on a wall theys got to be something wrong it doesn't seem to cover like it use too.

Prompt answers. Clear responses. Helpful. Resolved my issue immediately

I contacted Dulux because a tin of Cuprinol paint
Leaked ,and the person I spoke to was very helpful
And sent me a voucher so I could replace it
I like all Dulux paint ,it is of very good quality .

Omg... Vicky at Dulus was SO helpful and kind and went out of here way to support and help me. When I think of the millions of customers they much have, it amazes me that Vicky could pay so much attention to detail with me... to really help me understand the colours and techniques and to go the extra mile to make sure that I was ok moving forward. I have just bought a tin of Coastal Grey matt emulsion and when it's on the wall it's actually blue . I am very disappointed with the colour and now need to buy more paint as my hallway looks like a 1970s bathroom .
I have worked mixing vehicle paint in the past and there's no way a garage would've accepted that as grey to spray a car . I really think it would be useful if I could add a photo to this review to show you what I mean

She listened, understood our query and gave the exact advice we need. She had a very approachable telephone manner. Reinforces my trust in Dulux as a company and confidence in continuing to specify their paints.
