“I contacted Duncan Lewis Solicitors for legal assistance and called the number listed on their website. My call was answered by someone who said they were based in India. I found the person very difficult to understand, which made it hard to communicate why I was calling. I don’t understand why a law firm would put an offshore call centre between itself and prospective clients without offering the option to speak directly to someone in a UK office. Because I couldn’t communicate effectively, I ended the call and decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope the firm reviews its telephone arrangements so that future clients can speak to someone they can understand clearly from the outset.

Call yesterday after sending email requesting my files and staff member auto system no longer work there didn’t get back to me call yesterday spoke with Sanah at reception asking for my file
Wasted my time would not pass me on to manager did not resolve my issue and told me email this address to get a bounce back no email found
By far worse solicitor quick to take your money but don’t want to give u your files will now get my current solicitor to contact them in regards to this

I needed to regain possession of my property.
