Excellent service delivery was quick first class

I have dealt with several auction houses in the past, but I now limit my business to EAMA. They are true in the description of the goods on offer (which is more than can be said for many others) and help is provided where necessary.

Do not trust this auction.worst one ever.went to collect 6 pallets.nothing like the description.was told by so called member of staff that seemed like a owner trying to fob me off.
Pallet description is only a reference so I was told.went to pick up what I thought was sofas and office chair and gaming chair.you would not believe the difference from the pallet been advertised to the one I got.ok if description was to go by and not the picture then how did the next pallet stand? Was advertise as 100 printers and other items.
What I got was 25 printers along with other items.every pallet was a disaster do not trust this auction .expect a visit from trading standards.dont listen to reviews a total rip off auction.picturs arnt even take there of the products Google picture before purchase .won't allow us to put pictures

The process was great until it came to the delivery of goods I paid EAMA directly, received my delivery but then found that I was being pestered and challenged over the payment, seemingly you were unable to track same. To add to this I later find that I could have paid less for the delivery if I had dealt directly with the transport company.

My experience with EAMA Auction Group was exceptional from start to finish. The online bidding platform was easy to use, and the item descriptions were accurate. After winning, the invoicing and payment process was quick and straightforward. The item was packaged with incredible care and arrived safely and on time. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be a return customer."

Almost impossible to get information. Telephone line is answered but you are told to e mail. Spent hours on auction reserve not met on 98% can't view without booking. Don't believe these reviews. E mailed 3 times 10 days ago
