Highly recommend Easy Access. Have used for many years & will continue to do so. The team cannot do enough to help you & it is very reassuring to know that my property is safe & secure! Most reasonable in price too.

Really impressed with the staff members and the storage all covid measures in place too. Was left in the lurch by landlord and this company really helped me with storing my things last minute. Still storing with them at them moment and happy to very secure and safe.

To be honest, we used this company for storage whilst we were moving home. The service was great, They couldn’t do enough for us. Stress free and a great team always friendly. Great value for money and grateful for all their help.

Great facility, easy access is what is says on the tin. All units are ground level and easy to access via a vehicle.

Firstly if I could give this dodgy company 0 stars I most certainly would. My advice to anyone thinking about storing your belongings with this shamble of a company would be to avoid at all costs!! All of my belongings (due to house renovation) have gone mouldy inside the storage unit. The company will not pay out even though we have taken insurance they pushed us in to taking out, they have lied through their back teeth to the insurance company and said there was no mould in the container even though we have photos & videos to prove this (which will be going on social media & to the Manchester evening news soon enough) There customer service is absolutely disgraceful nice as pie before the sale then as soon as they have you under their spell you will soon see their true colours. Please avoid this company at all costs & use the big yellow self storage!! You do not want to be left in this position that me & my family are now left in with all of our belongings in the tip as they were ruined in mould! Disgusting company how they sleep at night is beyond me!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened to a customer either as I have seen the social media posts being shared about the company!

We took up the storage unit for a family member who was moving house.

From the beginning it was not easy. From the first meeting I was 'advised' that our belongings would fit in a certain size of unit, but then when we came to move in the belongings it wasn’t big enough. They did not have the next size unit available so we had to take the next size up again. They promised they would contact us over the next few weeks when a slightly smaller & cheaper unit became available & we could move everything. In all the time that our belongings were there, we never received a call from them about this.

Also, we had to chase them over invoices that were over charged & we had to chase up getting the credit from them. Which toileting be fair, they did sort out.

When we went to remove the belongings when we no longer needed the storage we were told that there had been a security breach a few days earlier & our additional padlock that we put on had gone missing. We were told that they had replaced the padlock that they supplied with a new one.

We were told in an email that we would be reimbursed with the cost of our missing padlock but when I chased this up, another member of the team said that this is not company policy & I would not be receiving a refund for it despite paying for insurance.

The story changed on the events of the security breach depending who emailed me or who I spoke to so much so that it became very confusing & the story tied me up in knots.

They said that they had refunded the cost of the lock that they supplied but this was not the issue & the figures that they quoted were deliberately confusing to leave doubt in my mind about what had happened. This is because invoices are generated a few weeks in advance & the insurance is calculated on a daily rate so it is impossible to keep up with.

It left us wondering for weeks & even now if anything had gone missing from our storage unit. I asked for a copy of the CCTV footage that they said showed no security breach even though we were told off one of the staff members that there had been one.

I was offered a discount on any further storage that I take with them. Needless, to say I did not take them up on the offer.

When moving house, it is stressful enough. This only made it more stressful.

Simple review..storage not water tight, destroyed some of my antique furniture resulting in great financial cost. The solution they came up with was to erect a plastic garden tent to ' keep my stock dry '.
They said they would reduce the rate if I was to stay as a means of compensation, I run a respected vintage furniture business, how could I operate from such a shoddy amateur outfit and hope to look professional...steer clear at ALL costs. Now locked out of the unit and stock more than likely getting ruined as I refuse to pay for a failed service. Had some poor excuses as to the warrant of their actions, very upsetting especially as I am unable to work due to poor health.
I am considering legal action against them as they literally have ruined my business. I was also highly embarrassed when I spoke to other storage facilities and explained why I needed a new storage option. I'll post any response I get, not that I am holding my breath.

I found the staff extremely helpful whilst helping to decide on what size unit i would need and they sorted me out with an excellent price. Popped in to the Bredbury site at weekend to sign up and receive the keys, fob etc which only took around 30 mins or so

Was shown around the site by the manager who was extremely helpful. The unit was clean easy to access and very close to a security camera so more than happy!!

The site was very secure and tidy, easy to access (customers only!) and also simple to get out of from a separate exit

Would recommend Easy Access Self Storage without hesitation!

Please avoid this storage company at all costs! They signed me up to a short term contract in 2015 that became a rolling contract after 6 weeks. They then increased the costs a month later without notifying me and added extra charges each month with no explanation. After 4 months of the additional charges I refused to pay any further, they stated that if no payment was received within 28 days they would proceed to repossess my storage contents and sell it on to recover the outstanding balance. Given the contents of the storage had a monetary value of around £9k, and the maximum they could recover given the rolling content was 3 months of £180 monthly payments, I accepted the possessions were to be repossessed. 2 and a half years on they have apparently tried issuing legal proceedings and debt recovery with no success, and they have now passed the debt on to an unlicensed debt collector who having questioned his eligibility to collect debts from consumers, as he owns the business Vehicle Wrapping Manchester, the individual confirmed he has no license to collect debts. This individual has been calling late at night issuing threats if I do not attend a meeting to arrange payment of the alleged debt. Easy Access Storage claim to still have my possessions, even after notifying me they would be sold off if payment wasn't received and are now seeking £3,000.
Following these threats and my partner being extremely concerned and anxious, I left an honest review of my experience with easy access storage on Google. Since then, I have had an employee of the business contact me demanding I take my review on google down claiming it "does not give a fair representation of the company" and that "the third party approached me regarding the alleged debt off his own back." He also asked how I intended to repay the alleged £3,000 balance. I have had to pass all information to the police. A highly unprofessional business, my advice is do not do business with this company.
