Worst conveyancing company ever.
Our seller used these and it was an absolute shambles from the start. They held up our purchase due to there incompetence.
There first case worker they had did absolutely nothing my solicitor was unable to get any updates. I had to complain to them myself and then found out from a the estate agent we were buying from that the case manager went on long term sick and apparently the person he handed it over to went away on holiday for 2 weeks. When finally they were back on the case it was problem after problem my solicitor could never get hold of them. They would never reply.
Then on exchange day my solicitor heard nothing all day and could not get hold of her, then 10 minutes before close of play that day it took the estate agent we were buying from to hear back to say exchanged. In the end it took 5 months in total and there was no chain at all either side.
They made it a very stressful experience for us and I would NOT recommend.

Good price and everything is clearly laid out and communicated on their online portal. We felt so much more informed and in touch than our last conveyancing experience!

We had a great experience with Eden, and couldn't fault the team. The online portal makes everything so easy from the off, as well as getting a reasonable quote, and everything being explained clearly. We did both our sale and our purchase with Eden, and despite it taking a while for everything to go through (through no fault of Edens), it was really helpful having Eden there to answer any questions. We had Andrew on both our cases and the work that was done was so thorough and clear. We knew exactly what stage we were at, and loved following along on the platform. I had an amazing experience with Eden Conveyancing. I was really surprised at how modern and professional the team are, they are completely different from the solicitors I've used in the past. The team use a communication portal which means they get back to you very quickly - normally within 24 hours. I was able to progress my sale from offer received to completion in 2 months and that was partly down to how fast they moved. My solicitor was Showaib. I'd highly recommend them and am using them for my onward purchase with my partner.

My partner and I are first time buyers and we experienced the most positive experience with Eden. Our conveyancer was Michela Romano and she was nothing less than our complete rock throughout the process. Our first property which we instructed Eden for and had Michela as our solicitor for fell through. When we then found our second property which we have now exchanged on, we knew we wanted to use Eden again and was so happy that we were given Michela as our conveyancer again! She has been so amazing throughout the most difficult and draining 6 months of our lives and we could not have gotten through without her knowledge, support and guidance. The online portal is extremely helpful too. Having every single bit of information regarding your property purchase in one place is so helpful and being able to see where we're at within the purchasing process great. I would 100% recommend Eden Conveyancing and we would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Beti-Wyn has been fantastic throughout both the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. She has always responded quickly to any questions and kept me updated every step of the way. If there was anything I needed to do, she would chase me up and make sure nothing was missed.

Most of the process was done through an online portal, which was straightforward to use, and whenever I got stuck, Beti-Wyn was there to help straight away.

I honestly can't fault the service I received. Beti-Wyn was friendly, professional and made what can be a very stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

I’ve been involved with several property sales / purchases this year using different conveyancers for all. Eden is the only one I would recommend, their portal and IT solution appears to be the best, but most of all the communication and ability to speak with our conveyancer, Andrew, through direct messages has been the best part of the process.

I used Eden to purchase my first home. It was new and terrifying, but Beti-Wyn was with me from start to finish, and I don’t think I could have done this without her. Felip was excellent and made us feel looked after from start to finish. He guided us and told us how we could help push the process along and kept involved the whole way asking for updates. Also I love eden offered insurance. Our first purchase fell through but the offer of insurance saved us £2500 which we could use towards the next fees. Would recommend but hope we never move again!
