Couldn’t recommend Eden more, their portal makes knowing where you are in the process really easy and they upload all documents, searches etc as they receive them so you don’t need to keep chasing. We have always worked with Beti-Wyn, who is very responsive and helpful, and great to work with.

This is the second time I have used Eden (previously with a sale last year and Katie Hull was great) and both times communication was so efficient. You could always expect a reply in a quick timeframe and it would always be a professional and reasonable one.

Eden were brilliant! Having gone through 2 lost sales previously with other agents we were looking for a different approach and Eden was it! The solicitor we were designated keep us informed and up to date via online portal system but was always available to talk in person too when we needed immediate response and then confirm via portal system. The portal
Held everything we needed to see and was there in folders ready to look at and organised so we could see what was missing or waiting. The finance folder kept us up to date with payments and showed us what we had paid to date and what was to pay so we could keep on track and there were no surprises! If our solicitor was unavailable there was always notice and a contact name was given that we could talk to anytime we needed. Great system, great service!

Selling and buying a property, I initially instructed Premier Solicitors after my mortgage broker recommended them.
Unfortunately, communication at the start was extremely poor, with very little contact or timely responses, so I decided to look elsewhere as I didn't want issues down the line.
After reading recommendations on online forums, I came across Eden. The positive reviews gave me confidence to switch solicitors, and overall I'm pleased that I did.

Our sale should have been straightforward (cash buyer and no chain) but our buyers solicitors were awful.
Overall, despite some frustrations along the way, I would recommend Eden. Switching to them was the right decision.

Worst conveyancing company ever.
Our seller used these and it was an absolute shambles from the start. They held up our purchase due to there incompetence.
There first case worker they had did absolutely nothing my solicitor was unable to get any updates. I had to complain to them myself and then found out from a the estate agent we were buying from that the case manager went on long term sick and apparently the person he handed it over to went away on holiday for 2 weeks. When finally they were back on the case it was problem after problem my solicitor could never get hold of them. They would never reply.
Then on exchange day my solicitor heard nothing all day and could not get hold of her, then 10 minutes before close of play that day it took the estate agent we were buying from to hear back to say exchanged. In the end it took 5 months in total and there was no chain at all either side.
They made it a very stressful experience for us and I would NOT recommend.

Good price and everything is clearly laid out and communicated on their online portal. We felt so much more informed and in touch than our last conveyancing experience!

We had a great experience with Eden, and couldn't fault the team. The online portal makes everything so easy from the off, as well as getting a reasonable quote, and everything being explained clearly. We did both our sale and our purchase with Eden, and despite it taking a while for everything to go through (through no fault of Edens), it was really helpful having Eden there to answer any questions. We had Andrew on both our cases and the work that was done was so thorough and clear. We knew exactly what stage we were at, and loved following along on the platform.
