Eden Conveyancing handled my first purchase and my conveyancer Siobhan Dunsdon has been brilliant.

It was a leasehold purchase with two different managing agents, so there was a lot to work through with multiple enquiries in the end. Siobhan is very knowledgeable and stayed on top of every one of them and kept pushing the other side until they were all answered properly, rather than letting anything get glossed over.

I'm a first-time buyer, so I asked a lot of questions. She always came back quickly and explained things in a way I could actually understand, without ever making me feel like I was being a nuisance.

Their portal is really helpful too. You can see all your documents in one place and follow the task progress as it goes along, so there's never any guessing about where things are up to.

Despite the usual annoyances with all things digital, the Eden arrangements work very well. You have a named solicitor appointed with whom you do develop a relationship. They also provide cover for when "your" person is away. Nicola was always professional calm and caring, particularly during the last highly stressful week when we were on tenterhooks to exchange and then complete on the following day. Overall, a good experience - and great value - and I would be happy to recommend Eden's service to others.

The online portal system is very good in enabling you to find various information easily, although like all things digital, it does have a few annoyances! Having a nominated solicitor with whom you do build a relationship is helpful and reassuring, especially at times of stress such as, in our case, in the last few days when we were all up against an issue at the bottom of the chain. Our solicitor was always calm, professional and caring. They also provide effective cover for when your person is away. I would certainly use them again and I'm happy to recommend them.
