I have used education.com in the past and have been pleased with their worksheets. As a teacher, it is a good resource. I noticed tonight that my credit card had been charged for the "premium" subscription. I don't recall signing up for auto-renew. At the very least, I would have thought I would have gotten an email letting me know that I was going to be charged, but I didn't. This is disappointing. Hopefully, they will make it right by refunding my money. It's early yet.

I paid 8 bucks for some geometry work sheets. Then it was impossible to find the geometry worksheets on their site. In fact nothing on their site worked. I then tried to cancel my membership and nothing there worked either. This is a rip-off organization and I want my money back. Earl Jernigan

Subscribed to this site purely for the fact that I wasnt sure if my daughter would stick with the online learning. I signed up on the 22nd of September they withdrawled the fee. Today I went into my account and noticed funs missing.. today is september 25th. I was not notified. I could understand if it was almost a month later but three days is unacceptable. Will not be recommending this site to any of my friends.

I signed up for education.com and unsubscribed to spam emails yet they still send them to me everyday, sometimes twice a day. Deactivated my account and still getting spam from them. Never have I gotten so much spam from one website.

NO Advanced notice of charge coming!! For busy teachers during a pandemic who already have no money as it is, this is completely fraudulent!! I’m reporting this to my state and bbb. Horribly deceptive and just so wrong and so many levels.

This is absolutely 100% the best money that I have spent on this school year. I am also subscribed to Scholastic.com and while that is a pretty good site it is not as beneficial as this one. The games are a great break for the kids. I especially like the typing games. People talking about how the work is too easy clearly have not explored the site. I would venture to say no one challenges their children with work more than I do and the worksheets have been phenomenal. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for this site because of how much it has helped me this year in finding supplemental education work. We all know the schools are doing the best they can but with the new way they are being forced to educate our kids there is so much left out. This website is worth every penny and I would give it my highest recommendation.

I was very disappointed in the activities and work they offer. The majority of it is aimed at much lower academic levels and there is truly very little of any use to 3rd-5th grade. I am the virtual teacher for all of our intermediate school and thought this would be a great resource. I was truly mistaken. I can personally make better quality activities for my kids and will actually address the rigor necessary. After spending an hour going in circles trying to find a resource for higher level place value, I gave up and requested a refund. We'll see how that goes. Perhaps they should just market to primary? I don't know. But don't waste your money on their "Premium" account, it is NOT worth it!

Seems like a good site so far, my son has fun and it does present grade level skills. However, I just saw something I didn't like. . .call me a Karen if you would like to but I'm trying to raise my son right which includes being respectful to others, not just people. So in the I Got Your Number game it takes a break MULTIPLE times and tells children to tape a light to their cat for hours of moving light fun. The animated cat illustration he looks so angry. Sadly people are mean by nature and kids have to be taught. This is teaching abuse and ignorance. I'm glad his teacher paid for this trash because I would demand a refund.

This site is pure trash. Multiple login issues with no support for ongoing issues. Stay away. There are way better options out there. Do your due diligence.

I was charged for a premium subscription 95gbp for next year without any notification when not using a website more than a year. Happily I've got refund almost immediately.

I paid for July subscription 8 USD and in August Education charged 16 USD without any notification about auto-renew from my the credit card. This very irresponsibly from customer care side. Please cancel my subscription at all and make a refund, it is too expensive for me.

Love ! Amazing resource

Education.com is a phenomenal resource for working parents because it allows you to give specific assignments to your child regardless of age and grade. I am able to give my 3rd grader worksheets and games from the 4th-5th grade. For parents who do not want their children to live a digital life incessantly, it is excellent because the website allows you to print out THOUSANDS of worksheets to keep your kids thinking offline. Although my kids have only been learning Spanish, I am continuously broadening their cultural prospectives by teaching them common greetings in French, Hindi and Chinese. My biggest STAR is for Education is its commitment to teach the next generation about other races and cultures. I have seen African-American, Mexican and Japanese history. Site characters are designed with a multitude of skin tones and facial features. I Love It. Thank You!!!
Lastly, it is also a division of IXL.com, which is the BEST learning website in the world for both children and adults.

Our granddaughter has been staying with us during COVID and we subscribed. She loves it and we have seen great improvement.

Great resource!
Caveat: This is my first week of premium service (and I understand about the auto renewal). That said, I am using the online games over zoom to help my students with IEPs keep learning over the summer. Some games (not all) work great over zoom, (the kids answer and I do the clicking. All of the kids want to start using it on their own from home also! I plan to keep on using it in the classroom (Lord willing) this fall, and for my afterschool club, although it is limited to 35 students, so maybe not all of those kids, depending on how many sign up.

Poor customer service. Unauthorized subscription renewals.

They had me auto-renewed for the second-year subscription plan which they have not mentioned in the time of purchase. I thought it was a one time transaction and they didn't even have the courtesy to send me an email regarding the second year is approaching for payment.

Worse case is, I have contacted their customer support for a refund of 118US$ but no reply yet for two days now.

I paid a one time fee (or so I thought) to join the basic plan. I found out that this company has been charging me for the premium account (which I never asked to receive). On top of that, there is now a charge of over$70 on my credit card that is fraudulent. In fact, all of these charges are fraudulent.
I have contacted them repeatedly by email with no response. They have NO way to reach them by phone.I am still waiting for a response from them even though I told them in an email that there is a hold on the$70 charge with my credit card company. Don't trust this company! Updated 5/15/20: This company refunded my money in total. Thank you!

I usually don't review but this is awful. I am beyond infuriated at this point. I paid to make my account premium and the minute I did, I was locked out and my password stopped working. I constantly receive stupid promotional emails from you guys but for some reason, I haven't received the two rest password emails that have been sent to me. I know the email works because the receipts for needing support arrives immediately after I submit my concern.
You guys are truly thoughtless and to think that during a time where teachers/parents depend on online services to teach their children, you guys will be more thoughtful. It is truly my fault because I should have read the reviews before I decided to sign up and pay for this fraudulent site. It is really sad that at this point in time you guys are contributing to the problem instead of helping. you should be ashamed of yourselves.
