Hi!! I just wanted to say that i recently signed my kids up for education.com! You can have as many kids as you need on one account and still have the ability to use seperate devices at the same time! Its not a curriculum but they are having so much fun with the learning paths that i think they are actually retaining the information much better! They also have tons of free printables for each subject and lesson! Just in one day my son finally remembers some basic sight words and can read bigger words using phonics! My daughter has started the basics in multiplication and they both can type using the middle row on the keyboard! Im so excited to finally find something that will give me a break during this difficult time of year for both me and my husband!! I would however love if education.com created a full curriculum. The animation is awesome and cant be found in any computer based complete curriculums! 😥

I am looking for your contact, phone number, but I can't find yours. I tried to make sure that renewing membership does not happen next time in my bank credit, so I went in my account of your website to cancel my membership, but accidentally, I hit a wrong button that it automatically turned renew on. So I tried to cancel it to turn renew off with clicking cancel subscription, but it is defaulted that it does not give me cancelling confirmation. Please, cancel next membership. I emailed you through your "contact us. by 1/8/2020. I have been waiting your response, and also remove my credit card information in the account of your website too. Why is it still saved and defaulted? I will contact my bank to report and block your company, so you will not longer access to my credit card. This is not fair at all that makes your customers leave from you. I will see what you will do for me.

The website is a complete SCAM, it advertise "FREE" printable worksheets but allows, i think, only to print like 3 maybe 5 and then it ask for payment, the word "FREE" gotta be removed from it website completely.
After registration with email, which i think it also mandatory they will fill your email with SPAM, and 3 weeks later after unsubscribing from them we still receive emails

Bad shady practice not to send a renewal email to let customer know the price and date you are charging their credit cards.
You make communication even more difficult not having a support phone number. This shows more the lack of transparency of education.com company. The content is good but that doesn't balance the shady auto-renewal practice.
If you offer 7 days to cancel the subscription you should do the same for the auto-renewal. Specially with the yearly memberships.

I had submitted a poor review of Education.com because of a recurring charge we were not made aware of. After voicing my complaint, reps from the company contacted us and refunded the annual charge for the past two years. They did so in a prompt and professional manner, and I do appreciate that. As for the quality of their products and services, I would encourage you to review their site in depth, and also to make yourself fully aware of their fees and payment policies.

I wish I took the reviews here more seriously. They do just take money out your account with no warning. I'm on a basic membership but somehow I got charged premium, funny thing is, my account doesn't even let me degrade from premium as I'm not on it in the first place?

Majority of the bad reviews are related to the subscriber’s inability to read the terms of agreement. With that being said, education.com is a wonderful resource! The premium package was gifted to my daughter and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. She’s learning as she plays! I can reinforce the concepts with worksheets from the site and even print out entire workbooks if I so desired. You’re able to create multiple accounts, assign tasks to be completed, and can track your kiddo’s progress. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.

Education.com deserves a sub zero rating! The support “specialist” closed our support session because she accuses me of failing to supply her with the email account used to open my account along with the name on my credit card and the last four on the credit card. Although I supplied the information, she proceeds to tell me the information is incorrect and education.com continued to make unauthorized debits from my account monthly. To date there has been 6 unauthorized debits.
There is no live person to talk to so I have reported this agency and will bring charges against them to recoup the money they have STOLEN and continue to STEAL from my account.
(I gave her all the information I had. Nowhere in their policy does it say I have to give this information to close my account. Still, she closed her support services to me)

What they doing is very wrong. I have been charge $119 to renew my membership however there was no reminder or any updates to tell hey your membership is about to end would like to use it again. I need you guys to refund me now. I try to contact them via email haven’t heard anything back from them now. I haven’t even used it that much that why I forgot about it. Education.com's content helped me through SO many tight moments when I was teaching 5th grade at a 'turnaround' school. What I got was well worth the money I spent. (my account is listed under a different email address than this review)
However, I learned today that I was billed $119.00 to renew my subscription without notice. I have not used education.com worksheets in many months, and am now teaching 8th grade Visual Arts. There is nothing useful to me on education.com's site any more, with my new role.
I have used the form to ask for a refund. I have not yet seen what the company will do. I hope they refund my full subscription fee. If they do, I will happily recommend their company to others. If not - I'll handle it through my credit card company.

Review update: A company representative reached out to me by email and indicated that my money would be refunded and subscription cancelled. The worksheets were helpful to my children this summer when my kids were out of school. The website needs to be improved to allow you to delete your own debit card. Also, it would be nice if you could speak to someone on the phone. The customer service could be improved if they sent a reminder about the renewal before charging your card.
If I could give this company less than one, I would. This is a horrible company. I originally subscribed to the service at $60 the first year and then it doubled the 2nd year. I subscribe over a year a go and totally forgot about it. You would think they would send you a reminder about renewal like most ethical companies, but they don’t.
They just automatically charged the $120 fee and then you get a huge surprise in your bank account. You have no way of deleting your debit card information either to prevent charges from happening again the following year. I had to completely close down my debit card with my bank. There is no customer service phone number so you cannot speak with anyone. I emailed them twice with no response. This is a totally unethical company. Stay far, far away from this company. Do not do business with them. You have been warned.

I am confused by the lower rating reviews because I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue with them. I absolutely love education.com and it has honestly helped me become a better parent when it comes to managing and understanding my child's learning milestones and what's expected from him each grade level.
As for fees, I have never had an issue. I even reached out to them once when I thought I missed out on a special discount and they reached back out to me within 24-48 hours. I've been a consistent member for 2-3 years now. They are amazing and easy to use. I printed worksheets to keep my son busy during the summer and the website is so user friendly and customer service is amazing. And I'm all about customer service. I've had terrible experiences but education.com is not one of them.
