Loved the Discovery set! I will order Imperium in a full size bottle.

As a small reward before starting my thesis, I decided to treat myself and buy the Discovery Kit. Unfortunately, it turned into a really bad experience.

There were delivery issues—my order arrived about 9 days after I placed it. On top of that, I was taxed for the full €110 value of the kit, instead of the €15 that actually applies to the physical product. To contest the tax, I was told I’d need an invoice clearly showing the breakdown between the physical goods and the online voucher.

I emailed their customer service to request this document. It's been 19 days with no response. The deadline to dispute the tax has now passed, so I’m stuck with the extra charges.

Instead of around €10 in taxes and fees, I ended up paying nearly €40 more. And because of the delay and lack of support, I probably won’t even be able to use the voucher in time to test the scents—so that's basically €95 wasted. I thought about trying to contact them again, but after the first experience, I just let it go.

Overall, really disappointing. I had heard great things about the brand, but this was a letdown.

UPDATE:
It’s now been 42 days since I first contacted the client_care-emailadress and 17 days since I followed up via the hello-emailadress. I haven’t received a response to either message.

At this point, I’m not just disappointed – I’m honestly embarrassed. Especially considering this isn’t some small garage brand, but a seemingly well-established luxury fragrance house.

You’d expect at least some form of customer service, but the only interaction I’ve had since placing my order has been the reply to this review.

This is the first fragrance-related purchase I genuinely regret – and it’s not because of the fragrances themselves. It’s just been an unusually frustrating experience overall, which is a real shame considering the potential.

Nach größeren Problemen, bei der Einfuhr beim Zoll nach Deutschland, hat man mir nach 16 Tagen Lieferzeit endlich das Parfüm geliefert. Hier hat sich ELECTIMUSS sehr kooperativ und entgegenkommend verhalten. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass man mit mir im besten Deutsch kommuniziert hat! Das schafft Kundenzufriedenheit.

It's truly an amazing company. I'm a regular customer because they genuinely care about my experience. Their perfumes always brighten my day—the beautiful scents help keep me feeling positive and uplifted. Also always I recommend my friends to try their perfumes.

I am still working my way thru the 8 samples of the patchouli based scents to decide which full size bottle I would like. The shipping time (even all the way across the pond) was very quick and having them to try is a must before ordering.

Fast delivery, good perfumes.

I ordered the 20 samples discovery set and it’s amazing. Let aside the fragrances, all of them are unbelievably fascinating, the care and details of the product is astonishing.
But since it’s a perfumery brand let’s dig into the fragrances: it’s the best discovery set I ever bought. All samples are worth it! I can’t literally choose what to buy because I’m pretty sure at least 3 are fundamental and 10 are a treat and the seven remaining well… if you don’t have any clue for my birthday or just wish to buy me a present who am I to stop you.

I had an amazing experience ordering perfume from this website! Their customer service is truly top-notch super friendly, responsive, and helpful. I really appreciated that the package was sent with trackable shipping, so I knew exactly where it was at all times. The delivery was impressively fast too — much quicker than I expected. This is such a unique and fabulous scent! It lasts for hours, too! The presentation is absolutely beautiful. I purchased this as an anniversary gift to my husband. He is thrilled with it!

Most of the perfumes are excellent and extraordinary. It‘s just a pity that we have to pay extra taxes when you deliver it to germany.

I buy perfume for the entire experience (bottle, name, box) not just for the juice. And I have to say that I was pleasently surprised by the entire Electimuss unboxing process. It was my first order, but I don't think it will be my last.
The perfume is also beautiful, it's thick, almost syrupy sweet, but not sickening. Absolutely worth a try

Fast delivery and great fragrance!

I purchased the fragrance knowing that there would be a 10 mil travel size size with it to sample the fragrance if you didn't like it you could return it. Unfortunately I didn't care for the fragrance and went to return it, I went to FedEx and was told it was going to cost over $200 to ship it back to the uk. So of course I kept the fragrance. Perhaps it was my fault for not doing more research into the return process but this is just something for future buyers to be aware of
