Frustrating goods took nearly 2 weeks to arrive
I ordered some sockets and switches on 17th August, required by 25th August. It only became clear after ordering that some of the items were not immediately available. I requested some speeding up, there seemed to be no way of sending me the part order.
Then bought elsewhere and tried to cancel. Even though the items had not been despatched I was told this was not possible.
The electricians finished in my house on 28 August . The package arrived on 29th, 12 days after ordering. I sent it straight back unopened. I hope getting the refund isn't going to be difficult.
I got an email late last night saying there were still some Items they needed to send. It's not possible to track anything as they give a ref but no carrier.
Very frustrating all round. I won't use them again.

240v, 16A angled panel socket and trailing plug. Browsing the site and selecting the items I wanted was easy. My order was dealt with promptly and packaged well. Royal Mail delivery took place promptly on receipt of the parcel. Excellent service, cannot fault this seller.

We needed a specific part - they had it
We needed a specific part, a small pull switch to go in an old shaving light that had failed. They had the part: easy to find and low cost. Deliverey was quick and effective. The part is now installed and the light working.

The most dishonest company around
I ordered 6 items on 05.07.2025 on a 3-5 day shipping. Only 3 items received the -2 weeks later. Jump to 31.07.2025 remaining 3 items still not received, despite numerous promises of forthcoming delivery. Requested refund for remaining 3 items but was refunded an incorrect amount. Company refused to rectify the refund, had to raise a challenge with my bank to recover the remaining amount. Avoid this company at all costs, they are the definition of dishonest.

Ordered stove glass cleaner, got shipped very quickly, and received in two days. and I have to say that was the most supportive packaging i have ever seen recently. No way it would break during transportation.
One improvement could be that i have received continuous emails saying that my shipment is delayed, however it was already long delivered. Something to be improved

Item nothing like photos
Item arrived damaged and looking nothing like the photo on the website. They used a photo from another shop as I had the original and wanted a 2nd item but as it was seasonal it wasn't in stock. The item was returned and refund issued but only after I refused a 10% goodwill refund.

The worst company I have ever had the…
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. From the start. I originally paid extra for express postage. I was weeks waiting for the order. They allow you to order items that they don’t even have in stock. Due to the delay I had to go ahead and order from another company. I am now painstakingly trying to get my refund. I have sent 16 emails and still not resolved. They don’t supply a returns docket so you’re totally at their mercy for your return. Please be very careful when ordering from this company. After finally receiving my refund it was left short by €98. The company have acknowledged that this was left short, after I sent so much information to prove it. To date I have emailed this company 24 times to try and sort the issues. Such a waste of my time. WHERE IS MY REFUND
