Good Communication from the team at ECS, they were helpful and responsive. Easy to book the car I had selected. The car arrived quicker than initially quoted. The handover of the car was smooth, and the driver explained the workings of the car.

Incredible customer service!
From the very 1st conversation, I knew I was in safe hands with Alex Antoni. I was on the fence about using this service, but had fell in love with mini countryman and was determined to somehow get it within a reasonable budget. Alex, bless him, was extremely helpful and patient despite me asking him to put around 12 different quotes through the system due to me swapping and changing the specification. He was knowledgable, responsiveness, supportive, and made the whole process an absolute breeze.
Muhammed Zafar has also been extremely helpful, responding to my queries within minutes.
I now have the car of my dreams and I couldn't be any happier.

Brilliant customer service
Chris Dalton was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful during the process of confirming and processing my order, he helped with all my questions and queries and made everything very easy to understand. Tara de Groot then helped me once the novation process started and was also very helpful with all questions and recommendations. My only issue was the fact that the team don't seem to get automatic notifications of my emails so I did need to call and chase up a few times, but every time I got through the team were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this service!

Good onboarding and prices, customer service and communications appalling
I spent a good deal of time benchmarking TECS against competitors - on price, range of cars and also the onboarding process for the business, to make it as easy for the owners as possible to set up. That was all great, and that's what the two stars is for. (Without that it would be 1 star.) Sadly pretty much everything post signing up and confirming the car has been really poor. My order has been delayed over and over again and the communications from the customer service team has varied from non existent, to unhelpful, and misleading. Even when my order was escalated to a senior 'customer resolution manager' the only thing that actually improved was the quality of their disclaimers. Basically my order was cancelled after four months by the supplying dealer and I was left in limbo for weeks trying to understand what had happened. I finally got a full explanation, alongside a long disclaimer setting out none of it was their fault. Fair enough to a point, but with zero explanation on what is going on, or how long it will take to resolve, is not good enough. My car is still not here and I'm now being told there are QC (paint) issues and I STILL have no firm date for delivery. At best it will be 10 months all told if it comes through in December. I've been left driving an unsuitable vehicle whilst juggling family life and trying to manage costs - the whole thing has been demoralising to the point where I'm seriously considering cancelling.

Once again, I’m sorry about your order experience to date. While many of the issues have been outside our control, I understand how hard the uncertainty has been while you juggle family life with an unsuitable car.
I’d like to reassure you that whenever we’ve received an update from Renault(Alpine) or the dealer, we’ve passed it on to you straight away. However, we know there were long gaps with no news early in your journey, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. None of this is meant to justify your experience; it simply isn’t the standard we want for our customers.
The current delay is a paint QC issue with Alpine, and we are relying on them for updates. I’m chasing them every two working days so that any new information reaches you as soon as it’s available.
As agreed, until your car arrives I will check in with you every few days, even if Alpine has nothing new to tell us.

The whole process, from choosing the car and placing the order to receiving updates and taking delivery, was very smooth and hassle-free. The car was ready for delivery after 15 weeks, within the quoted timeline. Ben was particularly helpful throughout.

There was a delay in the delivery due to the amount of documentation needed, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Too many emails but good overall experience!
There are a lot of spam emails initially which can be a little off putting!
Once contact with an agent happened they are thorough and helpful.
Car is lovely! Delivery was a little disappointing as she knew nothing abut the car other than driving and reversing and there is a scratch on inside sill of the drivers side. Other than that it was good and the car is great to drive.
