Smooth and hassle free
The whole process, from choosing the car and placing the order to receiving updates and taking delivery, was very smooth and hassle-free. The car was ready for delivery after 15 weeks, within the quoted timeline. Ben was particularly helpful throughout.

Great Customer Service
Daniel the EV Specialist who I dealt with was so helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to support my order. 5* Customer Service without a doubt.
There was a delay in the delivery due to the amount of documentation needed, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Too many emails but good overall experience!
There are a lot of spam emails initially which can be a little off putting!
Once contact with an agent happened they are thorough and helpful.
Car is lovely! Delivery was a little disappointing as she knew nothing abut the car other than driving and reversing and there is a scratch on inside sill of the drivers side. Other than that it was good and the car is great to drive.

A perfectly managed service from start to finish. Whether it was quoting me for various cars to help me make a decision or keeping me updated every week on when the car would be here, I always knew what was going on and who to talk to get support if I needed it. I had a charger installed and that went off flawlessly and was completed within 10 days of placing my order. As a small business owner and the administrator of this service for our staff, I can vouch for how supportive and streamlined the back office function is with everything clearly explained and the majority of the paper work done for you. I’d like to thank Sam and Zahir for making a smooth and easy process. I love the car and so do my colleagues who also use the scheme.

from start to finish Rebecca and Aaron were brilliant I gave Rebecca a budget and the car I was looking for and this was matched, brilliant communication all the way through
Aaron was brilliant sorting out the delivery to my home address

Excellent experience with The Electric Car Scheme and especially Mathu.
I had several questions and concerns before ordering due to my employment circumstances, and rather than just giving me a generic answer, Mathu took the time to get my particular situation clarified properly. The quick responses and clear explanations gave me the confidence to proceed with the order.
I was kept informed while the paperwork and approvals were being completed and has continued to check that everything is OK following delivery.

Great servive throughout
The designated advisor - in my case Rick Vullo - was brilliant. He helped source a range of quotes and did a fab job of making sure he listened to my needs and made appropriate suggestions. It saved so much time and meant I didn't have to trawl through the website for hours. A great service! Delivery service was also very smooth, detailed and efficient.

Smooth stress free process

I have had a great experience
I have had a great experience whilst selecting vehicle and then receiving the vehicle.
Everything was fully explained throughout the process both by The Electric Car Scheme and then the garage.
The Electric Car scheme also fully informed my employer as and when necessary.
