It was very easy to navigate the site although I'd have preferred a lot more pictures or videos of the cars on the site so that I don't have to go through the extra effort of looking up cars online.

Ordered an instock car that took longer to arrive than I would have expected for one that was already manufactured but the whole process once delivery was confirmed was great. Absolutely perfect service and great communication thereafter.

Our company uses Zenith for our car scheme - Do not use

If you leave your company this is a nightmare to unpick. The "terminiations team" also dont respond in a timely manner.

Think very carefully about a car scheme before signing up with Zenith

Took 3 weeks to set up

Took 3 weeks to set up, website/portal didnt work even at check out. Poor communication and company showed zero urgency.

NO CAR NO CONTACT NO APOLOGIES

Car was being delivered on Friday took a day off work ,at 4 o'clock I tried to call the logistics company ,No answer. Then I call Zenith who assured me they would get back in contact with an update. No call back no vehicle & still no call back 1st thing Monday morning with explanations or apologies. Very poor

I took delivery of a Renault 5 in early…

I took delivery of a Renault 5 in early May 2025 through my employer’s salary sacrifice scheme. At the time of ordering, I agreed to a 24-month term, specific mileage, and a gross monthly payment.

Very little of the paperwork was provided physically, and vehicle order information had to be accessed through the Zenith portal under “My Vehicle.” I later discovered that the agreement term had been changed from 24 months to 36 months without any consultation or approval from me.

After my employer switched providers to Octopus, I lost access to my Zenith profile and could no longer view the relevant information. I raised my concerns with the account manager and was told the matter would be investigated.

I then received an email dated 24 April 2026 stating: “I can see there was an IT issue with the term of your agreement.” This clearly indicates the error was on Zenith’s side, not mine.

Despite this, I have since received a further email from the account manager advising that they now want to increase the monthly amount as a result of their own mistake. There was no meaningful attempt to discuss the issue, accept responsibility, apologise, or find a fair resolution.

Based on my experience, Zenith’s customer service has been extremely poor, and the way this has been handled has seriously undermined my trust in the company. I would urge others to be very cautious before using them.

I am so sorry to hear of the above. I came across your experience this morning when you customer service advisor notified my team (complaints@zenith.co.uk) of your experience. I am sincerely sorry for the miscommunication you received in an automated reschedule invitation this morning, displaying again the incorrect details. Your customer service advisor is currently speaking with our reschedules team to have this corrected, where I have also added my own comment to ensure that this is implemented and you are kept updated. However, I truly appreciate the inconveniences these communications have caused and I am so sorry for this.

I have provided our departments email address above, if you do require any additional support, but I can confirm your customer service advisor is following up internally to ensure this is implemented.

Be very wary when accepting your new car.

Everything went fine up until the car was delivered !
The car was a second hand fully electric vehicle so I was not expecting it to be perfect, however, it turned up in a bit of a state, grubby and dirty inside and out, no washer fluid (which was being displayed on the dashboard for the delivery driver to see) also on the display was the tyre warning light, when I checked the pressure all 4 tyres were low ( at least 10 psi on all 4).
So not the best of starts, I complained to Zenith who tried to tell me that the tyre warning light came on as it was being delivered and that all there cars are inspected by the AA before delivery !, I told them that im not an idiot and I find it very difficult to believe that all 4 tyres suddenly lost pressure , but I had dealt with it so moved on to the cleanliness of the car, after sending photos over they did agree with me that it wasn't up to standard and to be fair they did give me 50 pound for a valet. To utilise all the features in the car you need to have all keys present to pair it to your phone, when I brought this up with Zenith they said that it needs to go in for an inspection and repair, I also reported to them that at motorway speeds the car has an alarming vibration coming through the steering wheel, again it needs an inspection, as I work full time I had to take a day off from work to take the car into Volvo. After the inspection the key issue got sorted but not the tyre issue that's another day off work for an issue that the AA inspector should have picked up on.
How many days off from work am I expected to sacrifice for a vehicle that was delivered with problems ?
