I really liked the constant communication via email in the progress of my lease car, and the personal touch with phone calls explaining the quotes, contracts and after service sales. Very happy with the overall experience.

Electric Car Scheme Process
Advisors and support staff provide timely replies to questions and are genuinely friendly in their approach to the process. Some of the brochure information provided could be a little clearer and the document review/signing process is painful due to documents not having a consistent naming convention.

Professional Service
Although there was an initial delay in receiving my car, the overall service from Charlie & Yasmin was excellent.
They both acted very professionally in dealing with my requests.
Maybe the lead time on some cars (made to order) should be a bit more realistic in the time it takes to produce so as to avoid what is perceived as delays.
