Electric Power Reviews

Very easy experience great communication with shop.Original bike ordered was discontinued but offered a different model which was a great gesture 👍order arrived very quickly through the DPD network tracking all up very quickly

Thanks again

Terrible. Its easier to just go buy direct from manufacturer, get yourself a good warranty some good customer service and a better price to boot. These guys just ordering from your manufacturer and charging you for it

DO NOT USE. Took weeks to process my order and were very rude and unhelpful when I called to clear up why it was taking so long. Spent €360 on a battery for my bike and the battery came with no charger, basically making it a paper weight. €80 more they wanted for charger.......joke
I REPEAT DO NOT USE

Dodgy dealer. Dell Boy would be proud.
Avoid like the plague!

Great . I like increase my knowledge

Recommended.

Very good to deal with - quick to respond to any queries.

I went with the Irish "Bike To Work" scheme which was very easy and the bike was delivered in 5 working days.

Would deal with again. No prblem

Fast delivery, getting details about delivery date and parcel tracking were a bit of an issue.

Fast delivery good prices second time buying from this seller

Great service

The whole process went really smooth. The communication with the company was excellent( They replied even at the weekend). The bike got on time although it came with a broken light which was sorted out by Electric power very quickly.

Bicycle was ordered and took a couple of days to deliver.
Quick response on WhatsApp, reason for 4 star is that you can't get through on phone to anyone to actually talk to.

So pleased with my bike. After ordering I got a tracking reference and it arrived here in , Abruzzo, Italy ,a day early. The bike ,Vitilan was easy to assemble. It has enabled me to explore my surroundings, the pedal assist helps me to navigate hills I couldn't on a conventional bike. I enjoy so much more than my scooter..
