The best travel agency. Their agents are very accommodating. I had a good experience with Camille last year when I was looking for an affordable travel plan. She helped me with my travel. Few days ago, I booked another flight and Camille the lovely young lady helped me to find a flight. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable chatting with her while she was looking for a flight ticket. I highly recommend this travel agency and their agent Camille to assist you with your booking.

Camille was the person who assisted me when I booked our Family tickets for our holiday in the Philippines and she was really patient and soft spoken when during our conversation. She also made sure that she listens to my requests and questions regarding the flights that I am inquiring, Even until to the day of the flight itself because we had some issues regarding the age f my children and she was there to quicly to give her reply. I recommended her with full trust to the people I know and also had booking themselves with her assistance. Canille is an asset to 11th St Travel Agency ! Firstly was assisted by a very helpful Ms Jamie,she did everything for my trips stress free!!even msg me re.garding Airline re sched...for me living in a very outside province of Palawan which we lost wifi connection in a matter of little change of weather and wind,I was so appreciative that the 11th Street Travel staff are so kind and attentive to Thier costumer relating all changes .
This time I'm assisted by a lady called Ms Elisze,in behalf of Ms Jamie(on off )
Elisze was indeed very polite and professional in all ways ..same as Ms Jamie.
From recommending the most affordable ,reliable airline ,allocating my seat and securing it for me.
Over all the 11th Street Travel Agent is run by very professional staff with great kindness to Thier costumer!
