Emerald Solar Reviews

Fantastic company, we were very well informed in the initial consultation to discuss the solar panels, smooth and quick process from start to finish! Very professional company. Our set up is working perfectly and Emerald have kept in contact to make sure we're happy and to help with any queries we may have had.

Brilliant service from sale through fitting and follow up assistance. Definitely recommend this company both our daughters have also used Emerald Solar and both totally satisfied with services.

Brilliant company, the process was so easy and I’m very happy with my set up. The lads that fitted my installation were very professional. Even with questions I had after the installation they were happy to help me. I’d definitely recommend Emerald Solar if you’re looking for solar panels

Very professional from the get go. We had a few blips with some things that couldn’t be helped but Emerald solar dealt with these issues in a professional and timely manner. Very happy with the service provided and glad we went with Emerald solar!

There was great communication from the start setting up the initial appointment. The tech who came out to assess our roof for suitability was knowledgeable and friendly, and the Solar panels were installed quickly once the scaffolding had arrived and been set up in order for them to do so.

Emerald Green has been amazing, their professionalism, their fast responses is very commendable. Thank you

A quick and speedy installation from start to finish. Professional and well mannered personnel took us through the signup stage right through to the downloading of apps at the end. Every aspect of the installation was spot on. Thank you

From start to finish amazing experience and all staff could not do enough for us. Not pushy at all and fantastic customer service. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for solar panels and batteries. Fantastic as we didn't need to pay the fees up front. We did it over 20 years so we still have money in the bank to do our house up We will be looked after with everything for 20 years so a
no brainer. We were going to go with another company but went with emerald as it was so straightforward and easy. Excellent 5 stars thankyou emerald.

Emerald sent a knowledgeable advisor, gave no-nonsense technical support, and an instant quote. Richard was on point to respond to questions and update on progress while the crew was throwing up scaffolding and working within days. By the end of the week, they'd commissioned, cleaned up, and left no trace except meticulous electrical work and a professional installation.

I had working solar panels for over a week by the time Octopus Energy and E.ON Next replied to my request for a quote.

We hadn’t really been considering Solar, but had a knock at the door from very friendly and knowledgeable chap and agreed a home visit. The sales guy was very helpful/friendly and in the end we opted for 15 panels with circa 18kW storage.
We did have some back and forth with battery options and miss specification of scaffold requirements leading to delays, although the system is now installed and working fine.
Credit to the installation team who all arrived on time, taking circa 4-5 hours to complete the job (would have been nice if all packaging was taken away though).

All in all, very pleased so far….

Great work had issues with installing some oif the panels as it was harder to get them on roof so went with 2 less but all in all happy with the service, now start to save money.

Me and my mate Aaron cant be happier.

The set up and installation was superb from start to finish the lads who come was friendly and very polite very professional we are very happy with everything

It was a slick process from start to finish, all people I dealt with were professional, polite and competent

It is fantastic experience with their staff and especially training person who is wonderful trainer involved physically and mentally every participant equally and excellently driven training 03 days sessions with new entrant.
I got 100 of trainings in my career . It is one of best.
Especially hr team and management team who very well managed and organised.

Firstly the installed system is working extremely well, producing way more than I need, so i have heaps to sell to the grid. Which is a hugh bonus.

The process overall id say was okay, it had a rough start with two canceled install dates. Management were very helpful with sorting this and got the project back on track.

The install team worked all day with little breaks, they were polite and accommodating to my needs.

A couple of days later another electrician came to program everything, set up the apps and confirm everything was working.

Excellent service from initial contact, Darren was excellent for the initial consultation. The installation team provided professional and clean and tidy work from first contact. I have no complaints for any aspects of the service to date and my system is works excellent and has advised. Thank you

We recently had a solar panel and battery system installed by Emerald Solar, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain how everything works and helped us choose the right setup for our home and energy needs.

The installation was smooth and completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Since having the system installed, we’ve already noticed a big improvement in our energy efficiency and savings.

The battery storage is a fantastic addition, allowing us to store excess energy and use it when we need it most.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Emerald Solar to anyone considering solar and battery solutions.

A fantastic company to have guide us through planning and installing our new solar system. From Gemma's transparency through the sale process to the installation quality of the fitters, there is very little to complain about and a lot more cheers about. My only gripe was that we were not informed about how long it would take to get our installation doc package and transferring to the new tariff which incurred additional cost in the liminal period between switching (nothing serious and pretty standard) and also that the installers didn't do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. But, after speaking to Emerald Solar they where very eager to take on the feedback and use the information proactively and very quick to organise the clean up of debris after the fact. In my opinion this great customer service and I've felt valued throughout the process.

I'm very satisfied with the company. A professional team, Very good and fast installation of a solar sistem.
I hope for the future it will not be any issues.

Very professional company. Work done to a very high standard. Everyone, electrician, solar installers even to scaffolding company respectful. Answered all questions.
