The technician was proactive and thought outside the box to find a resolution to the problem, as the dimensions of the replacement parts differed from the original.
After 2 hours Chris resolved the problem and repaired the recliner chair.

Punctual technician. Very friendly and dealt with the issue quickly with an obviously deep knowledge of the issue that I had reported. Respected the environment and found a solution to the issue with the chair in a short time.

Good experience, sorted the scratches out of new wardrobe from oak furnitureland. So much easier than having new wardrobe swapped. Can't tell there were scratches there. Lovely friendly chap. Thank you.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service, only rung the company to register the fact there was a slight problem with the sofa that was delivered in April 2026. Within days they sent somebody round to have a look and he agreed with us that there was a problem. He reported back to the manufacturers and an appointment was made to deliver the part required to correct the problem. 2 days after the fitter arrived on time to correct problem. A very pleasant young man who also spent a little time discussing another problem my husband had - nothing to do with the problem he had come in to repair.
I would highly recommend this company for it's aftersales service.

Appointment time kept and engineer telephoned enroute when he was ten minutes away, work was very good he kept everywhere clean and put cover down to protect my floor. Polite and pleasant.
