Helpful advice re personal online ISA account
Your online portal is not very user-friendly and your customer care adviser, Ramsiya, was extremely helpful in talking me through various methods of viewing different aspects of my on line account.

I needed help setting up and using the…EQi app
I needed help setting up and using the share dealing app. I can honestly say Manish could not have been more helpful and understanding of my issues. He was very patient and appreciated that because we do not use the application often (or ever before) people need assistance in good plain language. Overall a great experience (and I came away with money in the bank) thank you.

Amazing service
Ramzia was superb. She helped sort out my access and give me re-assurance within 15 minutes as i had spent nearly 2 hours in another call with another department of EQI who either didnt know what to do or couldnt help me.
