Purchased a list
Purchased a list, which turned out to be almost 30% incorrect. Which in turn had my CRM and email servers label the campaign as spam/fraudulent.
When I brought up the issue, no resolution or help was given...even after 1 month of follow ups.

I recently had a regrettable experience with Exact Data, and I want to share my story to help others steer clear of similar frustrations.
I purchased a marketing list from Exact Data, hoping to connect with potential clients for my business. Unfortunately, the list I received was filled with inaccuracies and outdated information. Phone numbers were incorrect, emails bounced back as undeliverable, and the data did not match the criteria I specified during the purchase.
What's more concerning is the unprofessional behavior I encountered when addressing these issues with Exact Data. I interacted with a customer service representative who not only failed to acknowledge their company's responsibility but also exhibited a rude and dismissive attitude.
This experience left me deeply dissatisfied as a customer, not only due to the inaccurate product but also because of the lack of professionalism in handling the situation.
I strongly caution prospective clients against engaging with Exact Data for marketing list services. My experience serves as a warning, emphasizing the importance of researching a company's credibility and customer service quality before making a commitment.
I hope this review sheds light on the challenges I faced with Exact Data and encourages the company to take customer satisfaction and product quality more seriously. It's essential for businesses to treat their customers with respect and deliver on their promises.

I hired Exact Data to find new contacts…
I hired Exact Data to find new contacts for companies that have been with us for a long time. I spoke with a representative and I explained after COVID, we lost a lot of our contacts. He explained their process and extensive list of contacts. So I went forward and received the list back with a 25% success rate of matching. I reviewed my contract and emails with him, and no where did it say they will probably have a low success rate. I feel like it was a bait and switch from the sales pitch to what was received. Not recommended.
