Patrick Callahan is the most helpful customer service agent I have ever encountered. I had a horrible experience getting my list ran through DNC Database. Although it was not Patricks company or anything to do with them, he still took the time to help me. For three days he stayed in contact with me through phone and email until I got my correct list. I could not thank him enough. I wish more people were as passionate about their jobs as him. I would rate this company a 1K star if I could, just because of his assistance.

Super Experience
Found Exact Data online. Their site was super easy to use. We ended up talking to Brad who helped suppress our current prospect in our CRM so we would have no duplicate data. We were looking for local lists to boost our marketing efforts, and our rep Jason D. couldn't have made the process easier! 40% of the emails we purchased were bad…
40% of the emails we purchased were bad emails. When we brought it to thier attention they balmed us for using Outlook to send the emails. we use Outlook 365 which allows us to send 500 emails at a time. WE never exceeded this amount.

Will not back up their claims of accurate data
I purchased what I thought would be the perfect email list for my business. After loading into my CRM and sending out my first email campaign, I was shocked at the results. 5 reaches out of 1000 contacts. I thought it was a mistake. The second email resulted in the same reach. I then looked at the data and it was 1000 records with gmails only. I inquired about a refund 3 times with no response. I finally emailed the sales executive and he explained that they do not guarantee their data or their results, I understand that they can’t guarantee results but, their data was the issue that caused the poor results. Never again, buyer beware.

Misleading the consumer
I purchased an email list today 11/13/2023… and never received my list… only to get the run around by who told me it was a requirement to give her my email campaign.. I told her either give me back my money or I will report the company to the BBB and FTC.. she quickly returned my money that I have to wait to get back for three days… Not a good look….. look at prior reviews… something I’ve should’ve did first…
