On the other hand, I can't say the back end people that do the append are the same. The files were sent with no layout, so they need to be talked to. THose need to come with the files to me.

Spoke to a Guy named Tom and he had the worst attitude ever. I simply tried to get information on how I would be able to use sms leads without an opt-in. It seems to me that it make no sense at all to sell sms leads if opt-ins are not transferable. Wow! I am amazed at how argumentative and rude he was to someone willing to purchase leads from this company. He sounded so very disgruntled and miserable with answering honest simple questions. So let me get this right? You tell potential customers to call your "experts" with questions and when we do, you get upset with them when they call to ask questions. HAHAHA Great business model!

I purchased a mailing list for $300 from exact data. When I went to download the list, it wanted me to pay again. The sales person was always getting back to me and never did. I followed up months later with another sales rep an he was getting back to me. Never did. Months later I followed up asking for someone in management to help - bottom line - they got my $300 and I never received my list. I would stay away from this company. What would it take for them to make me a happy customer and give me my list, afterall they took my $300 with a credit card.

The email list is bouncing 50-100% of the time. When asked for help, Tani, my contact person ignored my email, until i reached out to her superior. When i finally got a chance to explain that we are a startup music school and $1000 is a lot for us. It took us months to set up the platform and start sending emails. We asked If they could double check the list. They let us know that we are outside of their 10 day policy and unless I'm interested in purchasing another list, she can't help me. Terrible customer service. Very cold.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration following a recent interaction with one of your representatives, Gabriella. During a phone call at 6:45pm EST, I was met with an unacceptably rude and dismissive attitude, which has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by your company.
Despite the call taking place after hours, Gabriella answered and proceeded to handle the conversation in a manner that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concerns, she abruptly interrupted me and insisted that I call back the following day due to the time being after hours. This response was not only discourteous but also failed to acknowledge the importance of addressing customer inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
Furthermore, I was taken aback when Gabriella proceeded to disclose information about my account, including the name of my account manager, Amanda. Which means to me you already know that I am calling because it's obvious that my order has not been fulfilled. The reason for my call, which I expected to be handled with care and urgency, was to address the lack of services rendered despite placing an order on May 11th, 2024. As of today, May 30th, 2204, I have not received any services or even a courtesy call to explain the delay. This level of disregard for a customer's time and trust is entirely unacceptable and has left me with no choice but to consider canceling my order and seeking a refund.
I trust that you understand the gravity of this situation and the impact it has had on my perception of your company. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to addressing my concerns. I sincerely hope that this matter will be addressed promptly and with the seriousness it deserves.
I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Incorrect data
They call themselves exact data but they have nothing to do with exact date, too many incorrect leads and incorrect phone numbers. when you call them they say you need to expect something like that in a rude way in addition to stop picking up your calls if they have to.
If there was less than one star i would have used it as a rate.

Over the last few days I have been engaging with a representative from this company regarding a specific. I advised him of my budget of $450 and yesterday he came back with an offer of $500 for 1,800 names. Today, I tried to contact him for more information and another person tells me he no longer works for the company and that the minimum I can pay for a list is $1500. What is so bad is this company will not take any responsibility for what their employee did nor try to help me in this unfortunate situation. Can I pay $1500, yes within a stretch BUT I will rather pay it to another company that engages in honesty and integrity.

I purchased a list that was supposed to…be high net worth individuals
I purchased a list that was supposed to be high net worth individuals. I happened to know some of the people on the list and they definitely are not worth over 13.7 million dollars so I have my doubts about the list. I also googled several of the addresses and they were all in very average neighborhoods which also seemed odd for high net worth individuals. I will not be buying another list from Tom Flash.
