Même situation que les personnes précédentes. Impossible de contacter le support j'ai envoyé plusieurs mail mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponses. De plus j'ai résilier mon abonnement après l'avoir activé et pourtant ils se sont permis de garder mes coordonnées bancaires et de continuer à me prélevé. 130€ pour un CV M E R D I Q U E, la blague. Grosse ARNAQUE à ÉVITER !!

1. If you go straight down on their website and click on "Pricing", you will see their fine print on their prices. That is where the $29, etc. comes from.
2. If you go straight down on their website and click on "Legals", you will find an email address to email them (support).
3. It says on Trustpilot that the review will be sent to a different email address (info). I emailed this email address after days of waiting for a response, and it turns out this email address doesn't exist. Trustpilot please take note.
4. After emailing to cancel my subscription, they immediately responded with a form, but since then they haven't responded to my many follow ups. But when I sent a new email to them, they responded shortly after. I would suggest creating a new email when sending them the form and demanding a refund.
Hope these points will help someone who reads this.

I was scammed by this company but thank god barclays were good and refunded me every penny lost after someone on here left a message saying they had been refunded from barclays .The company is based in Asia ...big scam still running

Bl**dy thieves… DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. They’ll fraudulently charge you an extra £29.90 for a 90p template that you can’t even download …. Absolute scammers!!!

0 stars if possible. Contacted bank. They are began a chargeback and stopped any more payments from leaving my account.

I have also proof of email sent to cancel which they ignored till the day after the 7 day trial ended.... scammers!!

Fraudulent company. I have paid £269.10 for a cv which should of cost .90p. I have reported them and am contacting Martin Lewis

Depuis le mois de mars j’ai résilier l’abonnement car j’ai été surprise de voir un prélèvement de 29,90€ sur mon compte bancaire, après leurs avoir envoyer un mail ils m’ont répondu en me disant de faire une demande de résiliation, chose faites !!!!
Et depuis ils continuent de me prélever cette somme, et ne répondent plus à aucuns de mes mails !!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. If I could do 0 stars I would!! Complete scammers, I cancelled the subscription but they still continue to charge!!! Continuing battle trying to get my money back but they refused!!!

Received the same hidden fees. Reported them for fraud and froze my card. Keeping my invoice as evidence. Crooked.

Paid 0.90 Pence for the CV template and RAPIDO CV took £29.99 on top. Barclays immediately saw this and messaged me as fraud. Card blocked minutes after and no money will go to this company. I will receive 100% money back after a few days.

This site is where you create a CV which seems all legit because it is. You pay a small fee of 79p for a template but deep inside the terms and service where it’s not made clear what so ever they charge you £30 per month and hold that money for 7 days as that’s how long your trial is. There’s no cancel subscription option on the site you have to email them so they can give you a cancellation form which you can’t type in. They make the whole process extremely complicated so they can legally take your £30 before you can fill out the form in time to be refunded before 7 day trial. As once the 7 day trial is up they can legally take your money. It’s a huge scam and don’t ever fall for it. If you do, call your bank and let them know

This is a scam people however at the bottome of the page you'll see a section that says legal, click it and the email address comes up to contact.
Do this within 7 days or no refund will be given.
To be fair i had a reply to say it was cancelled within 2mins and the extra £29.90 will be refunded in 7 days.

Absolute scam,they will take £29.90 out of your account even after u only purchase a 90p package,everybody please please please,email them within seven days if your purchase and you will get your refund,if u don’t do it within seven days they will never refund you and you won’t be able to cancel the subscription easily anymore

It is a scam. They fish you with a 0,90€ CV, write somewhere on the bottom site in light grey on white they are going to activate an abo of 30€ monthly (for what? buying a simple CV template). But when you confirm they never make you confirm any abo.
Asked them to cnacel the abo, they sent me a form to sign, I did it sent back, many months and mails later, still charging me 30€ a month. Blocked the card and signalized to the police about their scammy procedures.
