I’m having the same problem, I wasn’t aware I would be charged £29, I’ve now lost £58! Any advice on how I should get in contact with them about this problem?

Verify their site, see that there is no way to administrate your profile by means of payment method and/ or stopping your supposed subscriptions. You can try to reach out to them by mail, it goes into a vortex. It's a crying shame that (given GDPR and other protection) that such an obvious scam like this can still exist.

DO NOT USE. Paid £0.90p just to make one CV they then charged me £29.90 for a week subscription which I CANT CANCEL because they don't respond to emails

The WORST ! I have cancelled from the first day ! And sent so many cancellation forms and nothing. They just took 29£ without any sense.

I was also charged the 29 British Pounds, I quickly called by banker to stop the card as I was skeptical of what might happen next. I emailed them and we communicated very well. This happpened last week monday and today, they refunded me back my money.

Communication is something I made sure I did just after I was not happy, but I am happy to say the refunded me back just after the 7 day period was over

This company is absolutely a SCAMMER….. Even though I wrote to them many times to cancel my subscription, they continued to take money from my card. I had to cancel my card to stop them from stealing my money. STAY AWAY, THEIFS SCUMBAGS

Scam company. Beware!
We got scammed by this company. It's not an account we use much and we had just a little bit of savings in there, so we only just noticed they have stolen over £500 from us! We thought it was just a one off 90p transaction! Our bank Santander unhelpful and said there is nothing they can do. Really devastated. We just emailed the email address we eventually found on the website as no way of cancelling your account to make future payments stop.
From all of these reviews, how is this company still allowed to trade?

Absolute scammers!!!!!Do not use!Kept debiting my account and received no product!Had to cancel my bank card to stop continuous debits. Be aware of these fraudsters scamming innocent job seekers!!

got absolutely scammed and they've been taking 29.90 a month so far out of our bank, we only wanted to pay the £0.90 for the one blank document but have been utterly scammed. do not trust any cv website you have to pay for. Especially this one!!!11

They tricked me into signing a membership. Worse part is I didn’t even get the CV template. Now they don’t respond to my queries. They are the worst!!!

Attention! Vous laisser sur ce site dans vos CV beaucoup d'information qui vous concerne. En plus , le site a l'acces pour vos coordonnées bancaires. Peut-être que vous trouverait quelques conseils utiles pour rédiger votre CV, spécialement si vous n'en avez pas de grande expérience.
Le problème, quand vous voudrez resiller votre abonnement, vous ne saurez pas comment le faire. Pour se désinscrire, il faut remplir une forme de la résiliation où en manuscrit. Cependant, on peut envoyer cette forme plusieures fois, mais ils ne les reçoivent jamais. L'impression qu'on communique avec un bot. Ou que c'est l'espèce de cyberharcelement . L'inscription pour une semaine se transformera en inscription pour les mois contre votre volonté.

This company is a scam. Subscribed to the .90c plan and they took 29 euro. I rang my bank and got my card frozen as they are aware of this scamming company. They will continue to take money from you and it is hard/impossible to cancel subscription.

I got scammed and really don’t know what to do i used my husbands card and they charged him such disgusting scammers don’t know how they allow scamming websites to be used on google? please can someone help me get my money back

C'est vraiment une grosse arnaque ! Je ne recommande pas du tout ! J'ai du bloqué ma carte et contester les paiements.

Daylight robbery told it was just 90p then they took out that plus £29.90 and I can’t get an answer from the company and have alerted my bank to which there’s nothing they can do. As someone who is looking for work and can’t afford payments as high as this it’s very upsetting stay clear

J’ai mis une étoile car sinon pas possible d’écrire un avis mai ce site vaut zéro étoile une grosse arnaque si vous avez commandé une fois payé votre Cv annuler aussitôt votre abonnement et il faut aussi télécharger je crois un document pour annuler un vrai chemin de croix et pour plus de sécurité faites Oposition de votre carte
Quelqu’un sait si une action en justice a été ouverte par une association ou autre si oui vous pouvez mettre le nom de cette association merci
