Comme beaucoup ici je me suis fait arnaquer, besoin d'un cv rapide pour mon fils qui cherchait un Job d'été, soi disant gratuit, j'ai payé 99ct et depuis deux prélèvement de 29,80€. Impossible d'annuler l'abonnement sauf à faire opposition auprès de la banque.
S'il y a une plainte je veux bien en être.

A huge word of warning, as everyone else has agreed, this is a scam. If you are struggling to get ahold of the 'customer support' contact email, don't wait for a reply, freeze your card and contact your bank to see if they can help you.

If your bank was as unhelpful as mine to me, suggesting I 'didn't read the fine print' then do as I did and switch your current account. Plenty of good banks will do all the work for you and pay you to do so. A scam is a scam.

SCAM!!!! Please do not pay for the CV! They will charge a one off payment of £1.90 but then you won’t be able to actually to access the Cv and they’ll start charging you £29.90 every month and there’s no way of cancelling it! If you have payed already, please contact your bank and let them know ASAP!! And to whoever is behind this scam, then F U C K YOU SCUM BAGS!!! YOU MISERABLE PIECE OF S H I T, I hope all the money you have made gets taken away from you real fast and you become the low life losers you are, living on the streets of your filthy home.

Comme tous les avis précédent, ce site vous vole 29.90€ plusieurs fois si vous consultez vos comptes, pour un simple CV fait et pour la somme de 1.99€.
Si cela vous arrive il faut appeler votre banque et mettre votre carte bleu en opposition pour éviter d'autres prélèvements. VOLEURS

Payé 0.90cm et à la fin du mois prélèvement de 29.90 € alors de suite j'ai envoyé un mail (seule moyen de contacter) alors il faut demander la résiliation j'ai reçu la feuille par mail une fois tout rempli renvoyé et surprise à la fin fin du mois nouveau prélèvement. C'est une grosse arnaque, je déconseille vraiment 😡😡 pour mètre fin j'ai dû bloquer la carte😠😠😠😠

Paid Rapidocv 90p for my CV, month later they took £29 90, can’t find any contact details so have had to report them to the bank, wish i had seen these reviews first, totally scammer

Paid 90p for a week trial instantly had £29.90 taken from my account contacted them to cancel and they sent a cancellation form that couldn’t be filled in online without the use of drag and drop txt boxes!! Sent it back to them and no email from them since... still continuing to take payments so I’m now having to go through fraud with my bank... avoid these SCAMMERS!!!

Do not use

Took $29 when I agreed only to $0.90 as a trial. CV comes out as an image that I can do nothing with, and it had frames floating over pages, which you also can't fix. The alternative formats are equally useless and low res.

When I tried to cancel in 24 hours I was told to send my CV so they can fix it. Which I did, and asked for the cancellation and refund. They're now just ignoring me.

I will have to have my bank block them from using my card but I cannot get my money back despite their 'no questions asked' refund policy.

Total scammers. DO NOT USE

Bonjour ce site est une arnaque j'avais souscrit pour 1.90 pour 7 jours, et depuis ont me prélève 29.90 euros. Sans réponse de leurs part bien évidemment et la je viens encore 1 fois de leurs écrire. Sur leurs site ont peut résilier comme ont veut mais ce n'ai pas le cas du tout.

Used them to create a CV wasn't happy at having to pay £0.90 buy figured it was only £0.90. I have since been charged £29.99 even though I cancelled! No communication at all

criminals: they will tease you in with the £0.90 then steal your money every month, no receipt no nothing. stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is a scam company. here's what I found out after being scammed by them, they purchase software from, Wooresume (woo resume), a Chinese company operating from Australia. the financial money collection operation is likely the heart of this operation. and is based in Poland under the name of Reflectconvs limited sp. zo.o. address: UL Dlaga 72 31-146 Krakow Poland. I google earthed this address, it's a redundant high street bank.

Scam, they give you the option to pay $0.9 for a subscription and then charge you $40 straight up. Avoid and report them

This company can suck my big toe. Absolute SCAMMERS!!!! I paid £0.90 but when I checked my account afterwards and a further £29.90 was STOLEN from me. This website is NONSENSE!!! DO NOT USE AND STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
