Don't fall victim to this SCAM!!! I needed to pay a small fee in order to download my CV.

I then saw that two amounts went off my account and requested a refund for the second amount which I never agreed to and also for them to process a cancellation on the first day.

No one bothered to get back to me and when I followed up, they threw the T&C's in my face that I am trying to cancel after the cooling off period when I actually sent a request on DAY 1 but no one got back to me.

I then explained this to them and was informed that no refunds are given to any purchases that are done at the start of a month because my purchase was on the 2nd September 2021.

There is absolutely no number to contact anyone and the only way to get help is via the contact form. You won't get help but the following:

"Our private CV and cover letter online service includes a 7-day trial period.
As indicated in our T&C's available through this link, our trial offer of 7 consecutive days is charged either £0.90 or £1.99.
After the 7 day trial you will then be charged £29.90 per month.
As you did not cancel within the 7 day period and have already been charged by month of our services, we are unable to issue you a refund.
"

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING NO MATTER THE AMOUNT even if it's just to download the CV. they will keep deducting money from your account as long as they have your banking details.

scam, you can't cancel your subscription which is 30 bucks by month.

Scammed me out of $30. Was told I would pay 90 cents ONE TIME, instead got a recurring charge for 30x that amount. No way to get the money back and no contact form. No way to cancel the subscription. Trying to work with unhelpful jackals with customer service to fill out FORMS OVER EMAIL AND RETURN THEM because you cannot cancel the subscription on the website. Don't make the same mistake I did because I'll probably have to cancel my debit card since they have my information and are clearly out to do harm.

Grosse ARNAQUE !!! impossible de résilier !!! vous croyez payer 0,90€ et ils vous prélèvent 29,90€ tous les mois… oblige de faire une procédure avec la banque… Google pourrait arrêter de référencer ce genre de site. C’est lamentable…

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away! the webpage is badly designed so the customer doesn't have the option to cancel the service. i had to look up the customer service contact since it is not on the webpage...not only that, but the cancelation option is not there neither.

A fuire de toute URGENCES ce sont des voleur j'ai souscris 0'90 cts et le jour meme il mont debiter 2× 29.90€ ce site devrait etre Banni bande de voleur j'ai du fair opposition a ma cb pojr quil ne puisse pllus me prelever et de plus fair un dossier de fraude avec ma banque pour me faire rembourser bande de VOLEURS

Scam Alert !!!!!
Express CV is such a horrible site and i wonder why they have not been taken down.
An initial 0.9 usd offer for their clumsy CV review has now further claimed 29.90usd twice from my account. All efforts to cancel this anomaly has not been effective with the poor or rather non-existent customer service they render. I had to proceed to block card which is definitely annoying.

SCAM if far too good to describe this company
My daughter took advantage of the 0.90 Cv and then a week later they took £29.99 from her , this is nearly a weeks wage for a 16 year old girl you should be ashamed of yourselves
I have completed and emailed a cancellation form to which they do not respond to or confirm acceptance of the cancellation email , presume they will deny receipt of the cancellation form

Une vrai arnaque a fuir , même après résiliation avec leurs formulaires, prélèvements de 29€, si on fait un CV c’est pour chercher du taf et non payer un abonnement juste pour un CV honte à vous , une plainte est déposée !

It’s a scam!
I’ve subscribed to their service thinking that I would pay 0,9 pounds a month to realise that they’ve been taking 29,9 pound a month without any email to inform me.
More importantly, when I realised what was happening and tried to cancel my subscription i was unable as there is no way to actually stop it. I send them a message but no replay. Had to cancel my credit card in the end

Avoid,avoid,avoid. Do not fall for their shady practices. I did not even know about the overpriced amount they were charging till checking my bank statement. I may follow another's line and raise the issue with my bank. Just avoid these con artists.

As per other reviews, none the wiser on any reoccurring payments, rolling contract, or any terms of business that I was never directed too. Just noticed they have taken £29.90 out of my account the last 3 months and none the wiser. No receipts , documentation or anything. Been in contact with my bank, action fraud and also trading standards today. All I was told that it would be 90 pence at the time, but clearly not.

Comme tous les avis que j'ai pu lire à propos de ce site, je me suis également fait avoir. J'avais besoin d'un CV rapidement, j'ai souscris à l'offre à 0,90€ pour 7 jours, et mauvaise surprise, une semaine plus tard, un prélèvement de 29,90€ apparait sur mon relevé de compte. Au final, je n'ai même pas utilisé le CV créé, vu la qualité pitoyable de ce qui est proposé, un CV sur Word fait largement l'affaire. A fuir absolument! Le plus dingue, c'est que l'on ne peut même pas supprimer notre compte, et qu'il faut donc annuler sa carte bancaire auprès de notre banque!! Il serait bien que Google arrête de référencer ce genre de site. Comme tous les témoignages précédents, je souhaite m'associer à la plainte s'il y en a une de déposée.

They charged me £29.90 the first time and the service was £0.90 that I expected to pay!
When I contacted them they were not very concerned about it and vaguely stated "we change you for future services that you may use" ???. Well, I did request a refund and cancellation that same day and followed the long-winded procedure to fill a PDF & return it the same day. Two weeks later I have not received my money back. Now I just raised it with my bank and will have to wait 14 weeks, for the fraudsters to respond? They do not mention anything about that in their T&C surprise! And 7 days' money back is another balloon they will feed you. Hope you read the reviews here before you catch the bite like me!

Well, well, well the story continues folks! Although I have done all the above these punks keep charging me!
They just withdrew another £29.90 Wjetcv, the only sure way to stop them is to cancel your card and report them to fraud prevention In your country!

C'est effectivement une escroquerie. Ils récupèrent les coordonnées de la carte en proposant un service à 0,9$ puis ils soutirent pratiquement aussitôt 29,9$. Si une plainte est déposée, je souhaiterais vivement en faire partie.

Un contrat jamais communiqué clairement et inique qui nous oblige à verser 29.90 toutes les 4 semaines alors qu'on pensait simplement payer 90 centimes. Une manière de faire : faites opposition et portez votre témoignage à l'UFC-Que Choisir. Si on est assez nombreux à témoigner, ils pourront ouvrir une action en justice collective.
