Bought rims that were in stock and told they would be here by my appointment date, come to find out they were out of stock till August. By far the worse experience and will never buy from them again, there are plenty of websites that will value their customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with ExtremeTerrain. It is our goal to have orders shipped quickly to our customers, and we fell short of our goals and more importantly, your expectations with this order.
When you placed the order, we submitted a request to have these wheels shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was out of stock and they would be unable to ship these until late July- early August.
We do try to have inventory information updated on our website, but this was not the issue with your order.
We do show that we cancelled the order and you were refunded. I hope that you were able to find the wheels for your Tundra and have them installed.
Due to this situation and the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 8/31/2026.

I have used their chat, and they have called me back to follow up. They have great customer service. I am very happy with everything. I used 3 of their gift cards and a credit card to finish the transaction with no issues. Had a text and email confirmation with order number in minutes.

Mostly good experience
After waiting days for calipers from another vendor went with the powerstop and overnight shipping. The correct parts, delivered next day. Would be 5 stars except the rear caliper for drivers sides bleeding screw came with some substance blocking it up. Tried digging it out but still will not bleed. Contacted powerstop asking for the correct size, instead of responding with the answer to my question they said contact the seller.

Great selection and prices
I’ve placed several order at Extreme Terrain and I’m extremely happy with the selection of items available and the prices of these items. The product videos with installation instructions have been very helpful with making my selections and installing the product when they arrive. I also like taking advantage of earning rewards when sending in photos of the installed products. I have yet to have any issues with the products I’ve purchased.

I have had the wrong parts sent to me…
I have had the wrong parts sent to me twice now. I was not asked if I wanted store credit or a refund. It was just an assumption that I wanted a refund now I can’t order my wheels for 5 more days. No help with a solution only told I have to wait. This will be the last time I use them and would recommend you to stay away as well.
