I notice that this app has changed name/function going from a sketchy ‘find my lost phone’ service to a family locator app with a nice new name and branding. I suspect the same business model lurks within and they will freely charge your bank account with no way to cancel your subscription without actually having to cancel your card. I’d avoid st all costs

Our auto prolongation terms are shown on the offer screen before purchasing. Please note, that app and/or account deletion doesn’t automatically remove your paid subscription.
To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription.
f you ordered via Play Store (Android): Go to the Play Store on your device. Then tap on Menu > Subscriptions. Find Family Locator subscription there and disable auto-renew.
If you purchased your subscription on our website, you can cancel it there as well. Simply log in to your account at Family Locator, go to Subscription Management, and select the subscription you'd like to cancel.

Total scam
Total scam. App never worked. Said .99c it wasn't. Was charged more. No cancel button on app and you had to email support which I did right away so as not to get charged full price. They actually charged you earlier and conveniently replied only after you were charged the full price and won't refund. Awful customer service for something that is buggy and doesn't work.

It was advertised for .99 trial
It was advertised for .99 trial. I was family emergency and we needed to find person tracking their phone. Got charged $4.99 and it took a while to cancel subscription otherwise I would get charged $39.99 after 5 days... Steer away from them!

Stay away they keep taking money from my account
Thought I was paying 4.99 for one time use. On June 19 Id lost my phone and wanted to find it. It told me it has found phone but sent a text to phone and when text was recived the person would have to send a text back totally useles So far also charged 9.99 on June 19 then 39.99 on June 24. Hopefully I have canceled it.

We have canceled your paid subscription, which means you won't be charged in the future. Additionally, we have automatically issued a refund for your last five payments. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Fraudulent Scumbags
Never actually tried the app. It honestly wasn’t what I was looking for. I would have been fine recommending this to someone who was looking for an app like this. However, after my experience, they will NEVER have my recommendation. I downloaded and did the trial for the app and knew almost immediately it wasn’t what I was wanting. Fine. I’ll unsubscribe and delete it. I did so. Contacted them via email to unsubscribe since there is nothing on the app to be able to do so yourself. It has been 4 weeks now. I have emailed them 3 times with no reply and they have tried to charge my card a total of EIGHT TIMES! The company attempts, once a week, to charge my card once for $39.99, then when it’s declined they charge it again within 2 minutes for another $10. Kind of like they’re fishing to see if there’s ANY money attached to the card they can get their hands on. Fun fact there is none. The lack of communication is unacceptable and the shadiness of their business is inexcusable.

GETTING OUT OF SUBSCRIPTION
This service was subscribed to by another person. So it didn’t actually use it. However when I contacted company to unsubscribe, it was done easily and immediately and an online request was responded to very promptly 👍.

BE AWARE
I search in Google on how to find a lost phone. Family Locator popped up and asked me to type in telephone number, I did this and it hen said it had located the phone but to get the GPS location I had to pay £4.99 I di this, then had to down load the app which then told me i was a premium subscriber ( not asked for) I then tired the app to discover it cant find my sons lost phone at all as he need to receive a text to that phone. it took me a while to find out how to cancel as id paid via card and when i did i saw if i hadn't cancelled i was to be charged £39.99 in 5 days time! so ive paid £4.99 for nothing and a load of hassle because it hoodwinked me into paying for a service it cant do!
