Spent $177 on Electra Classic Ballpens…
Spent $177 on Electra Classic Ballpens and they literally don't work. You can't write with them. It's like there's no ink in them. The service department keeps adding hoop after hoop to jump through including asking for a video of myself trying to write with one. Lesson learned.

Five stars for the most part
The ease of the website is 5 stars. The quick turn around time and on time delivery is 5 stars.
My only complaint is the size of the logo on the pen is really small and hard to read.
