Absolutely Top Drawer experience with the Fastwarm support team! An initial email contact was followed up with a comprehensive and personal telephone conversation, resulting in the resolution of my issue. I’ve not had much need to contact Fastwarm, but it’s good to know that the support is on the ball when I do!

A++ customer service and support. Im a DIYer and have spoken to 4 different members of staff about my project and order questions and they all where very friendly and helpful. I ordered the electric heating, underlay and self levelling compound and was so pleased how easy it was to use and install. Even the levelling compound bags have an easy opening design so no ripping the bags and getting the powder everywhere. The delivery time says 2 to 3 business day but all arrived the next day. I ordered more levelling compound bags as a separate order and again, next day delivery. Im very impressed with this company and will definitely be using there product again.

Just what was needed to make my bathroom floor toasty.

Following my initial contact about my project through the website I received a very fast turnaround on an initial quote. I needed a couple of iterations to the project plan and quotation following my interaction with and feedback from the Fastwarm project manager. The quotation was very competitive against other systems I have considered.
Once the quotation was finalised and agreed the payment was easy and an invoice was received in fast time.
The customer support team were friendly and polite in their telephone conversation with me regarding expectations for delivery.
The delivery was very efficient (even though I live offshore). The consignment was well packaged and damage free, all components were itemised and easily identifiable to allow a Bill of Materials check to confirm nothing was missing.
It was also nice to see that the BOM has everything you need to install the heating system, even down to screws and primers. Well done!
I just have to install the system now before I can report on ease of installation and quality, but I am confident that based on what I have seen so far I will not be disappointed.

I needed some help to set up a number of room thermostats in a new build with water underfloor heating for a customer as I wasn't familiar with the Fastwarm system. The standard manuals provided with the products were not very clear so I phoned technical support and ended up speaking to Toby. I found him to be VERY knowledgeable but also extremely patient, friendly and helpful. He took all the time necessary to assist me in completing the set up successfully on the phone and then even followed up by sending me some additional useful information via email. If only more companies had people like Toby then that would make life a lot easier. I highly commend Fastwarm on their technical support and the fact that they still employ UK based human beings rather than just AI bots!

I have bought a number of items off the internet and have had my fingers burnt, usually receiving substandard items. This was not the case with this item. Having laid it and very easily commissioning I am very happy with it so much so I have ordered another.
