Best price and also exceptional customer service
Not only did they have the best price I could find the customer service was exceptional . I had under ordered by just one unit so was a bit annoyed with myself for having to pay a second delivery charge however the customer service team sent me the unit and also the delivery free of charge ! It's rare to find companies that look after their customers like this so I would highly recommend them .

Talked to Jake back in May followed by…
Talked to Jake back in May followed by sending email of floor layout with in a day i recieved a list of all materials required as well as a price. He also gave me a name and number of someone who could install it for me as well.I didn’t order materials for nearly three months but but price stayed the same and was delivered within a couple of days. All in all a very easy and efficient company to deal with.

Fabulous, efficient service cannot fault with the Kind efforts of Dornell. I spoke to him on a Monday morning and sent the plans over.He managed to design the system on the Monday afternoon and within 24 hours I received it.

Overcharged With Unnecessary Materials and No Support Afterwar
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fastorm and would not recommend them based on what happened with our underfloor heating order.
Our project was handled by Dornell, who was our main point of contact throughout the process. We trusted the design and calculations provided by Fastorm, but once the installation was underway it became clear that we had been supplied with a huge amount of unnecessary materials. Looking back at the plans they sent us, there were areas where the underfloor heating layout appeared to overlap unnecessarily, resulting in far more products being ordered than our property actually required, despite the house only having two floors.
As a result, we were left with a massive surplus of materials worth well over £1,000. We still have around 100 metres of unused pipe, several bags of adhesive, full bottles of primer, numerous boxes of screws and fittings, and many unused floor panels. On top of that, some of the products arrived damaged and had to be replaced, which caused additional inconvenience and delays.
What disappointed us most was the response when we contacted Fastorm about the excess materials. We explained the situation and asked for help, but Dornell simply told us that they do not have a return policy. We were informed that if we wanted to return anything, we would have to arrange and pay for the return ourselves. Given the quantity involved, we are talking about returning an entire pallet of products, which would cost us a significant amount of money on top of what we have already lost.
We placed our trust in Fastorm’s expertise and expected accurate calculations and reasonable after-sales support. Instead, we have been left with a large financial loss, unnecessary materials taking up space, and a very bitter feeling about the whole experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of what happened to us before making a decision.

Firstly, when you contacted us regarding damaged insulation boards, we acted immediately. Although the photographs provided did not evidence the level of damage described, we sent 40 replacement boards completely free of charge for next-day delivery to ensure your installation could continue without delay. Our priority was to minimise any disruption to your project.
With regard to the surplus materials, underfloor heating systems are designed from the plans and information provided at the point of quotation. As with any construction project, the quantity of materials ultimately used is influenced by the installation on site. From the information available to us, the quantities of pipework and fixings remaining suggest that the original design has not been followed in full during installation.
We would also like to clarify that it is incorrect to state that we refused to help. Our Customer Service team and Dornell both confirmed that we are happy to accept the return of eligible, unused materials in line with our Returns Policy. As is standard practice, customers are responsible for arranging the return of goods to us, either via their own courier or by returning them to our trade counter, where any applicable refund is processed promptly.
Unfortunately, products such as tile adhesive and primer cannot be accepted back once supplied, as these are perishable products and this forms part of our published returns policy.
We always aim to provide the highest level of customer service and have demonstrated this throughout your order, including replacing products immediately at our own cost to keep your project moving.
We remain happy to work with you to resolve any outstanding issues regarding the return of eligible materials and would encourage you to contact our Customer Service team directly so we can bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
