Excellent service

Got eero installed yesterday 6/10/26. Two engineers arrived and got straight to work get Fibrus installed. They were very efficient & had it installed in no time & left no mess either. So far so good. Will see how it goes

Great service and we were on unless…
Great service and we were on unless then 30 mins once the fibre was connected to the house. Very little downtime and the speeds are amazing! So glad I moved to Fibrus - hoping this good level of service and speed continues.

Great experience start to finish
Where do I start….!
From the initial meeting with Martin, to the great blokes from Liverpool who done the install and Tommy who called me to go through sort my early cancellation fee refund. What a great experience, I can’t fault this company. 2 days in and the broadband is going strong, which means work and the kid are happy. Very much appreciated from start to finish( which was 4 days)

The 2 fitters who installed fibrous…
The 2 fitters who installed fibrous kept me informed when they would arrive. They were polite and knew where to locate the cabling so that it would be neat and tidy. Internal work was also carried out without making any dust when drilling through the wall.

Fibrus very easy to deal with
Fibrus very easy to deal with although I did request a call back via the web page and never received one so had to follow up myself.
Installation very smooth even though garden had to be dug up for connection but put back hardly knowing it had been touched!
A couple of weeks in and no issues with connection.

From the time that the young man knocked on our door to tell us about the deals that fibrus were offering to the sub contractor arriving on Monday to do the installation ( very neatly & done to a high standard), it has been painless & pleasant experience.

Efficient and friendly connection service at the initial fibre connection.
The Wifi then worked immediately with the 2 Eero boxes giving complete network coverage in our stone cottage.
