From the time that the young man knocked on our door to tell us about the deals that fibrus were offering to the sub contractor arriving on Monday to do the installation ( very neatly & done to a high standard), it has been painless & pleasant experience.

Efficient and friendly connection service at the initial fibre connection.
The Wifi then worked immediately with the 2 Eero boxes giving complete network coverage in our stone cottage.

So glad I made the move..The whole changing over to Fibrus was…
The whole process of changing over to Fibrus was painless, quick and efficient. Special mention to Jake who I first contacted, he did everything for me there and then ..and then to Gary and his team who came to my property and had me sorted in no time.. very impressed!

Excellent service, engineer very helpful, kept me informed on arrival time and ensured all was working before leaving.

Not set up yet. Engineer left without making sure all was working and it isn’t. Customer service is terrible . Two different people to phone me back and I’m still waiting 24 hours later and no call back . Spoke to a micheal this evening and he deserves credit for the way he spoke and dealt with my situation

The fibrus engineers were very polite…
The fibrus engineers were very polite and professional and answered any questions I had while they installed my new fibre boardband. The fibrus customer services was polite,helpful and professional on any questions or queries I had.
I would not have any hesitation to recommend fibrus to friend or famliy.

The two men arrived at the time expected, very pleasant, tidy workers even taking their boots off at the door which I appreciated. I think this was because they were European and that is how they are brought up, shame all workmen don’t do this
A very tidy job that works well.
I’ve just finished resetting all my devices that are connected to broadband.

What started as a general live chat…
What started as a general live chat asking for support turned into a complaint
Requesting support on an issue which is occurring with my service turned into blunt, rude responses and irrelevant information, would not provide me with the complaints procedure and raised my complaint as a basic feedback on my account, I’m glad Johnny kept telling how he is a well seasoned agent this information really helped me identify my issues with the the connection
Requested to escalate this and basically refused
Asked a general question about information on the static ip and where to find this on the website, he just stated that legally they don’t have to provide this on the website
