The fibrus engineers were very polite and professional and answered any questions I had while they installed my new fibre boardband. The fibrus customer services was polite,helpful and professional on any questions or queries I had.
I would not have any hesitation to recommend fibrus to friend or famliy.

The two men arrived at the time expected, very pleasant, tidy workers even taking their boots off at the door which I appreciated. I think this was because they were European and that is how they are brought up, shame all workmen don’t do this

What started as a general live chat asking for support turned into a complaint
Requesting support on an issue which is occurring with my service turned into blunt, rude responses and irrelevant information, would not provide me with the complaints procedure and raised my complaint as a basic feedback on my account, I’m glad Johnny kept telling how he is a well seasoned agent this information really helped me identify my issues with the the connection
Requested to escalate this and basically refused
Asked a general question about information on the static ip and where to find this on the website, he just stated that legally they don’t have to provide this on the website

Had a very difficult connection issue to sort out. Spoke to Jack who stayed on the phone with me while I followed his instructions on how to isolate the problem - turns out to be a faulty Phone battery connection. He clearly knows his stuff and walked me through the process step by step and having identified the issue, he showed me how to bypass the faulty battery and directly connect the main Erio and restore my internet connection. I really appreciated his help. Well done!

Great technical service, better hardware than most providers…
Great service when trouble shooting issues, no faff, no having to decline offers of a "Free" subscriptions or additional TV packages, just straight to the point support.
I'm happy with speeds and pricing, the Eero routers provided are reliable and aesthetically pleasing as well, the wife even lets me keep them out in the open!
